Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy jednopunktowy, wykonany z metalu, korzystnie ze stopu typu „znal" oraz ze szkla, stanowiacy wyposazenie elementów meblowych. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie oraz w materiale i strukturze jego górnej galkowej czesci chwytowej. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia uchwyt meblowy jednopunktowy w widoku z przodu, a fig. 2 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku z góry. Uchwyt meblowy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowi korpus metalowy, spelniajacy funkcje jego stopki oraz szklana galkowa czesc chwytowa, przy czym korpus tego uchwytu ma ksztalt utworzony z polowy hiperboloidy obrotowej oraz z przylegajacego do jej górnego kolowego konca splaszczonego elementu walcowego, otoczonego na górnej powierzchni ramka pierscieniowa, w której osadzona jest czesc chwytowa majaca ksztalt zblizony do czaszy pólkulistej wykonanej ze szkla, posiadajacej na swej zewnetrznej powierzchni 72 profilowe przylegajace do siebie sciany plaskie o profilu trójkatów równobocznych i równoramiennych usytuowanych w dolnej jej czesci oraz o profilu rombów usytuowanych na górnej czesci powierzchni tej czaszy, których wierzcholki skupiaja sie w jednym centralnym punkcie usytuowanym w osi symetrii tego uchwytu. The new and original form of the industrial design is visible in its shape and in the material and structure of its upper knob-like gripping part. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the single-point furniture handle in a front view, and Fig. 2 - the same handle in a top view. The furniture handle, according to the industrial design, comprises a metal body that serves as its foot and a glass knob-shaped gripping element. The body of the handle has a shape formed from half a hyperboloid of rotation and a flattened cylindrical element adjacent to its upper circular end, surrounded on its upper surface by a ring frame, within which is embedded a gripping element similar in shape to a hemispherical bowl made of glass, having on its outer surface 72 adjacent flat walls with a profile of equilateral and isosceles triangles located in its lower part and a profile of rhombuses located on the upper part of the bowl's surface, the vertices of which converge at a single central point located on the axis of symmetry of the handle. Furthermore, the metal foot of this handle has an axial threaded mounting hole on its lower circular flat base.
