UCHWYT MEBLOWY Przedmiotem niniejszego zgloszenia jest metalowy uchwyt meblowy. Moze on byc stosowany zarówno do mebli pokojowych, kuchennych jak i systemowych. Jego ksztalt zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonych do wniosku rysunku „Fig." 1 A oraz B. Przedstawia on szyld uchwytu rys. „Fig." 1A oraz nakladanego na niego elementu kielichowego, widocznego na rys. „Fig." 1 B stanowiacego wlasciwa czesc uchwytu meblowego. Prezentowany uchwyt meblowy posiada dwa ramienia, których elementem laczacym jest „pierscien". Ramie uchwytu ma bardzo oryginalny ksztalt. Sklada sie ono z (od strony pierscienia) z pary krzyzowego rozwidlenia. W dolnej czesci sa one zakonczone prostymi krawedziami. W górna czesc przechodza one promieniowo wygietymi lukami. Górne zakonczenie owego rozwidlenia jest zakonczone krótszymi ramionami wygietymi ku górze. Ich zewnetrzne krawedzie sa takze zakonczone prostymi krawedziami pod katem 45 stopni w stosunku do osi uchwytu. Z pomiedzy ramion górnego rozwidlenia wychodzi kolejna czesc ramienia, która rozwidla sie na zewnetrzne strony, skladajac sie z dwóch cwierc okregów, z których wychodzi nastepny element bedacy zakonczeniem ramienia uchwytu. Jest on nie tylko „najwiekszym" i najdluzszym elementem ramienia, ale takze najbardziej charakterystycznym. Przypomina on zaoblony trójkat, który swa szpica wychodzi z elementu ponizej. Wszystkie te elementy komponuja sie w bardzo oryginalny ksztalt. Ramie znajdujacej sie po przeciwleglej stronie ma identyczny ksztalt oraz wymiary. Czescia centralna uchwytu jest tzw. „pierscien" na którego nakladany wlasciwy element w ksztalcie kielicha rys. „Fig." 1B. Jego cecha charakterystyczna jest ksztalt oraz sposób wykonanego na nim wzoru zdobniczego, który sklada sie z 9-ciu eliptycznych ozdób, ulozonych symetrycznie po okregu pierscieniu. Czesc centralna pierscienia to z kolei gladka plaszczyzna na która nakladany jest element wlasciwy uchwytu. Z 1zewnetrznej krawedzi „pierscienia" wychodza cztery promieniowe elementy zdobnicze - dwa w jego górnej czesci oraz dwa kolejne w czesci dolnej „pierscienia". Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowe, przestrzenne uksztaltowanie uchwytu meblowego, przejawiajace sie w jego ksztalcie, ukladzie linii, kolorystyce, wykonczeniu, zastosowanych elementów zdobniczych, zmierzajace do osiagniecia celów estetycznych oraz funkcjonalnych. Oryginalnosc prezentowanego uchwytu meblowego przejawia sie w ksztalcie jego poszczególnych elementów - tzw. szyldu oraz nakladanego na niego elementu zasadniczego uchwytu (kielichowego). Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale - rysunku, zalaczonym do wniosku, przedstawiajacy prezentowany wzór. 2"Fig." 1 PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLFURNITURE HANDLE The subject of this application is a metal furniture handle. It can be used for living room furniture, kitchen furniture, and modular furniture. Its shape is shown in drawings "Fig." 1 A and B attached to the application. It shows the handle plate from "Fig." 1A" and the cup element placed on it, visible in "Fig." 1 B, which constitutes the actual part of the furniture handle. The presented furniture handle has two arms, the connecting element of which is a "ring." The arm of the handle has a very original shape. It consists (on the ring side) of a pair of cross-shaped forks. In the lower part, they end with straight edges. In the upper part, they pass through radially curved arcs. The upper end of this fork is terminated with shorter arms bent upwards. Their outer edges also terminate in straight edges at a 45-degree angle to the handle axis. From between the arms of the upper fork extends another part of the arm, which branches outward, consisting of two quarter circles, from which emerges the next element, which is the end of the handle arm. This is not only the "largest" and longest element of the arm, but also the most distinctive. It resembles a rounded triangle, its point extending from the element below. All these elements combine to create a very original shape. The arm on the opposite side has an identical shape and dimensions. The central part of the handle is the so-called "ring," onto which the actual cup-shaped element is placed (Fig. 1B). Its characteristic feature is the shape and method of creating the decorative pattern, which consists of nine elliptical ornaments arranged symmetrically around a circular ring. The central part of the ring is a smooth surface on which the handle itself is placed. Four radial decorative elements emerge from the outer edge of the "ring" - two in its upper part and two more in the lower part of the "ring." Essential features of an industrial design: The essence of an industrial design is a new, three-dimensional shape of a furniture handle, manifested in its shape, line layout, colors, finish, and decorative elements used, aimed at achieving aesthetic and functional goals. The originality of the presented furniture handle is manifested in the shape of its individual elements - the so-called the sign and the basic element of the handle (cup) placed on it.
