Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nózka meblowa z regulacja jej wysokosci. Nowa postac i oryginalny charakter wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie i ukladzie linii konturowych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony za zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia nózke meblowa w stanie rozlozonym w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - te sama nózke meblowa w stanie zlozonym w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 3 - te sama nózke meblowa w przekroju pionowym wzdluz linii C-C, fig. 4 - te sama nózke meblowa w widoku z góry, fig. 5 - korpus nózki meblowej w przekroju pionowym wzdluz linii A-A, fig. 6 - ten sam korpus w widoku z góry, fig. 7 - stopke nózki meblowej w przekroju pionowym wzdluz linii B-B, a fig. 8 - te sama stopke w widoku z góry. Nózka meblowa pokazana na fig. 1-8 ma korpus w ksztalcie bryly, której powierzchnie zewnetrzna tworza trzy boczne identyczne plaszczyzny stykajace sie z soba w trzech podluznych krawedziach, przy czym jedna z tych plaszczyzn w dolnej czesci ma wyjecie profilowe odslaniajace czesciowo umieszczona w nim dwustopniowa tulejke stopki. Krawedzie te w górnej czesci maja ksztalt odcinków prostych zwezajacych sie lukowo w kierunku stopki nózki, przy czym sa one w górnej i dolnej czesci zwienczone krawedziami poziomymi, tworzacymi w widoku z góry figure przypominajaca wydrazony wewnatrz trójkat równoboczny o wypuklych bokach i zróznicowanych ich dlugosciach w górnej i dolnej jego czesci, przy czym w korpus ten wkrecona jest wspomniana dwustopniowa tulejka zakonczona w dolnej czesci pierscieniowa czasza o profilu niskiego walca zwienczonego w górnej czesci elementem stozkowym. Czasza ta pomiedzy wystajaca z niej tulejka i jej walcowa powierzchnia boczna ma wydrazenie o profilu w przekroju pionowym zblizonym do trójkata prostokatnego, zaopatrzone w cztery zebra usytuowane parami naprzeciw siebie. Poza tym, korpus nózki meblowej zaopatrzony jest w koncentrycznie usytuowana w nim tulejke walcowa dwustopniowa, zakonczona w górnej czesci kolejna tulejka o profilu zewnetrznym w ksztalcie szescioboku foremnego, którawystaje na zewnatrz ponad górna powierzchnie utworzona z trójkatnej figury z wypuklymi jej bokami. The new form and original character of the industrial design are manifested in its shape and arrangement of contour lines. The subject of the industrial design is illustrated in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of the unfolded furniture leg, Fig. 2 shows a perspective view of the same furniture leg, Fig. 3 shows a vertical cross-section of the same furniture leg along line C-C, Fig. 4 shows a top view of the same furniture leg, Fig. 5 shows a vertical cross-section of the body of the furniture leg along line A-A, Fig. 6 shows a top view of the same body, Fig. 7 shows a vertical cross-section of the foot of the furniture leg along line B-B, and Fig. 8 shows a top view of the same foot. The furniture leg shown in fig. 1-8 has a body in the shape of a block, the outer surface of which is formed by three identical lateral surfaces that meet each other at three longitudinal edges, wherein one of these surfaces in the lower part has a profiled opening partially exposing a two-stage foot sleeve placed therein. In the upper part, these edges are shaped like straight segments tapering in an arc towards the foot of the leg, and are topped with horizontal edges in the upper and lower parts, forming a figure resembling a hollow equilateral triangle with convex sides and varying lengths in the upper and lower parts. The body is fitted with the aforementioned two-stage sleeve, which ends in an annular bowl with a low cylindrical profile at the bottom, topped with a conical element at the top. This bowl, between the protruding sleeve and its cylindrical lateral surface, has a cavity with a vertical cross-section profile similar to a right-angled triangle, provided with four ribs arranged in pairs opposite each other. In addition, the body of the furniture leg is equipped with a concentrically located two-stage cylindrical sleeve, terminating in the upper part in another sleeve with an external profile in the shape of a regular hexagon, which protrudes outward above the upper surface formed by a triangular figure with convex sides. The essential features of the industrial design of the furniture leg shown in Figures 1-8 are characterized by the following: - it has a body in the shape of a solid, the external surface of which is formed by three identical lateral planes that meet at three longitudinal edges, wherein one of these planes in the lower part has a profiled recess partially exposing the two-stage foot sleeve located within it; - the edges connecting the three outer planes of the body in the upper part have the shape of straight sections narrowing in an arc towards the foot of the leg, and in the upper and lower parts they are topped with horizontal edges, forming in a top view a figure resembling a hollow equilateral triangle with convex sides and their different lengths in the upper and lower parts, and in this body there is screwed the above-mentioned two-stage sleeve, ending in the lower part with an annular bowl with the profile of a low cylinder topped with a conical element in the upper part; - the body of the furniture leg is equipped with a concentrically located two-stage cylindrical sleeve, ending in the upper part with another sleeve with an external profile in the shape of a regular hexagon, which protrudes outwards above the upper surface formed by a triangular figure with its convex sides.
