Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac wyrobu swiecacego, przejawiajaca sie w szczególnosci w charakterystycznym, nietypowym ksztalcie, ukladzie powierzchni i barwie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach. Swieca postrzegana z perspektywy przypomina swym ksztaltem kule scieta na wysokosci Natomiast na wysokosci 1/3 poczawszy od podstawy bryly znajduja sie dwa naciecia w postaci pierscieni, które ksztaltem przypominaja prostokat zakonczony póllukiem. Bryla postrzegana z góry przypomina wzorcowy ksztalt kola. Na calej powierzchni swiecy znajduja sie delikatne wglebienia dajace efekt regularnych linii spoiw lodowych cegielek. Linie te sa równolegle do podstawy i przebiegaja w tym samym kierunku. PLIGLOO CANDLE. The industrial design is for a candle with a rather regular and unique shape, known as IGLOO. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of a luminous product, manifested in particular by its characteristic, unusual shape, surface arrangement, and color. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached photographs. Photograph FIG. 1 shows a top view of the candle; photograph FIG. 2 shows a side view of the candle; and FIG. 3 shows a perspective view of the candle. The essential features of the industrial design include the candle's cylindrical body, which resembles an igloo. The shape of the body is oval and symmetrical. From a distance, the candle resembles a sphere truncated at its height. At a height of 1/3 from the base, two ring-shaped incisions are located, resembling a rectangle topped with a semi-arc. Viewed from above, the candle resembles a typical circular shape. The entire surface of the candle features subtle indentations, creating the effect of regular lines of ice bricks. These lines run parallel to the base and in the same direction. The essential features of the IGLOO candle's industrial design stem from the use of an original shape in the production of the candle. Its original and unusual shape creates a very interesting shape, giving it a unique and one-of-a-kind character.
