Kolumna jest okragla i sklada sie z plaskiej rozety z zaokraglonymi brzegami, która, lagodnym lukiem przechodzi w druga rozete.Druga rozeta jest nieco mniejsza oraz grubsza i ma postac plaskiego stozka scietego. Na drugiej rozecie ulokowany jest element, o ksztalcie zblizonym do wydluzonej gruszki zakonczonej pierscieniami. Na pierscieniach ulokowany jest element kulisty, który jest obustronnie sciety. W odmianie pierwszej, drugiej, trzeciej i czwartej wieszaków do jednego plaskiego sciecia mocowany jest element roboczy, zas do drugiego sciecia przymocowany jest ozdobny element o ksztalcie zblizonym do grzybka. W odmianie piatej poprzez sciecia przeprowadzony jest otwór dla ulokowania elementu roboczego. W odmianie pierwszej, stanowiacej wieszak dla mydelniczki, do plaskiego sciecia kolumny przymocowany jest element ksztalcie kola. W odmianie drugiej, stanowiacej wieszak na recznik, do plaskich sciec dwóch kolumn, poprzez stozkowaty element, przymocowany jest drazek. Bathroom hangers are known individually and in bathroom sets, with various shapes and designs dependent on the designers' imagination. Against this background, it is difficult to identify any solutions that would be similar in shape to the proposals contained in the industrial design. Bathroom hangers based on the industrial design feature various shapes of working elements, depending on their intended use. These elements are supported by one or two columns, identical in each hanger variant. The column is circular and consists of a flat rosette with rounded edges, which merges with a gentle curve into the second rosette. The second rosette is slightly smaller and thicker and has the shape of a flat, truncated cone. The second rosette houses an element resembling an elongated pear topped with rings. The rings hold a spherical element, beveled on both sides. In the first, second, third, and fourth hanger variants, the working element is attached to one flat bevel, while a decorative element resembling a mushroom is attached to the other bevel. In the fifth variant, a hole is made through the bevel to accommodate the working element. In the first variant, a soap dish hanger, a circular element is attached to the flat bevel of the column. In the second variant, a towel hanger, a rod is attached to the flat bevel of the two columns via a conical element. In the third variant, a clothes hanger, an anchor-shaped element with spherical ends is attached to the flat sides of the column. In the fourth variant, a toilet paper hanger, rods of different diameters are attached to the flat sides of two columns via a conical element. In the fifth variant, a towel hanger, a circular element is placed in a hole through the flat sides of the column. Essential features of the industrial design The industrial design is characterized in that: 1. The hangers are supported on one or two columns, which: - are round and consist of a flat rosette with rounded edges; - the flat rosette transitions with a gentle arch into the second rosette; - the second rosette is slightly smaller and thicker and has the form of a flat truncated cone; - on the second rosette there is an element in the shape of an elongated pear with rings at the end; - on the rings there is a spherical element; - the spherical element is bevelled on both sides; - in the first, second, third and fourth variants, a working element is attached to one bevel and a decorative element to the other; - the decorative element has a shape similar to a mushroom; - in the fifth variant, a hole is made through the bevels; as shown in the attached drawing flg.2, fig.4, fig.6, fig.8 and fig.10. 2.
