Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób prowadzenia procesu pirolizy odpadów tworzyw sztucznych i/lub odpadów gumowych i/lub odpadów organicznych, obejmujacy poddawanie tych skladników rozkladowi termicznemu w reaktorze pirolitycznym bez dostepu powietrza, w temperaturze wynoszacej od 200 do 850°C, i rozdzielanie uzyskanych produktów w kolumnie frakcyjnej. Sposób charakteryzuje sie tym, ze proces prowadzi sie w sposób ciagly i bezemisyjny, w warunkach obnizonego cisnienia, przy czym w instalacji pirolitycznej zasysa sie cyrkulujace gazy przy uzyciu pompy prózniowej ze zbiorników gotowych produktów i z separatora czastek stalych i gazowych polaczonego równiez z reaktorem pirolitycznym i z kolumny frakcyjnej oraz z wymienników ciepla, tak, ze we wszystkich tych polaczonych ze soba elementach skladowych instalacji pirolitycznej utrzymuje sie wyrównane obnizone cisnienie wynoszace od 0,1 do 0,9 atm. Wynalazek dotyczy równiez przedstawionej na rysunku instalacji do prowadzenia takiego procesu pirolizy.
