Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest korzystny ekonomicznie sposób wytwarzania nierdzewnej martenzytycznej taśmy stalowej o wysokiej zawartości węgla, która spełnia najwyższe wymagania jakościowe w odniesieniu do wyglądu, użyteczności i odporności na korozję wytwarzanych z niej produktów końcowych. W tym celu wytapia się stal zawierającą (w % wagowych) <$E>>=>0,15% C, 12,0-20,0% Cr, <$E<<=>1,0% Si, <$E<<=> 2,0% Mn, <$E<<=> 2,0% Mo, <$E<<=> 1,0% Ni, <$E<<=> 1,0% V, <$E<<=> 0,1% N, <$E<<=>0,1% Ti, resztę żelazo i nieuniknione zanieczyszczenia, tak wytopioną stal odlewa się w utworzonej pomiędzy dwoma obrotowymi walcami lub rolkami szczeliny odlewniczej do postaci cienkiej taśmy o grubości co najwyżej 10 mm, przy czym walce lub rolki chłodzi się na tyle intensywnie, że cienka taśma w szczelinie odlewniczej ulega chłodzeniu z szybkością co najmniej 200 K/s. Wynalazek dotyczy również zastosowania martenzytycznej taśmy stalowej o wysokiej zawartości węgla, wytwarzanej tym sposobem.
