Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu prze - jawiajaca sie w jego uksztaltowaniu oraz zdobieniach . Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany zostal na zalaczo - nym rysunku , na którym fig . 1 przedstawia fotel w widoku czo - lowym , zas fig. 2 przedstawia odmiane fotela pokazanego na fig. 1. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego , oraz jego odmiana pokazany zostal dodatkowo na zalaczonej kolorowej ilustracji . Fotel wedlug wzoru przemyslowego posiada dwuwarstwowe siedzisko o oblym obrysie zewnetrznym , oraz opasajaca je po stro- nie zewnetrznej scianke boczna z kielichowym oparciem .Czesc frontowa siedziska ma postac wycinka stozkowego walca zwezajacego sie lekko w kierunku jego podstawy . Dolna warstwa siedziska jest w przyblizeniu dwukrotnie wyzsza od warstwy górnej , przy czym srednica warstwy dolnej jest nieco mniejsza od srednicy warstwy górnej . Powierzchnia boczna siedziska jest nachylona lekko ukosnie w stosunku do osi pionowej fotela . Scianka boczna fotela uksztaltowana jest w postaci wycinka spira - lnie ulozonej wstegi opasajacej siedzisko po jego zewnetrznej stronie na dlugosci okolo 2/3 jego obwodu i nachylonej lekko ukosnie w stosunku do osi pionowej fotela . Dolna krawedz scianki bocznej fotela zrównana jest z dolna krawedzia siedziska . Scianka boczna fotela scieta jest pionowo z lewej strony czesci frontowej siedziska i dochodzi do poziomu powierzchni górnej siedziska , skad zaczyna wznosic sie spiralnie do góry w prawa strone tworzac kielichowe oparcie dochodzace do linii prawej krawedzi czesci frontowej siedziska gdzie scieta jest pionowo do dolu , przy czym kat wznoszenia linii spiralnej maleje w miare wznoszenia ku górze przechodzac na koncowym odcinku , z prawej strony fotela w linie pozioma . Wysokosc kielichowego oparcia scianki bocznej fotela osiaga w czesci szczytowej wysokosc równa w przyblizeniu wysokosci siedziska fotela . The subject of the industrial design is an armchair. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the object, manifested in its shape and ornamentation. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the armchair in a front view, while Fig. 2 shows a variant of the armchair shown in Fig. 1. The subject of the decorative design and its variant are additionally shown in the attached color illustration. The industrial-style armchair features a two-layer seat with a rounded outer contour and a wraparound side wall with a cup-shaped backrest. The front of the seat is shaped like a section of a conical cylinder, tapering slightly towards its base. The lower seat layer is approximately twice as high as the upper layer, with the lower layer's diameter slightly smaller than the upper layer's. The side surface of the seat is angled slightly diagonally to the vertical axis of the armchair. The side wall of the armchair is shaped like a section of a spirally arranged ribbon that wraps around the outer side of the seat for approximately two-thirds of its circumference and is angled slightly diagonally to the vertical axis of the armchair. The lower edge of the armchair's side wall is flush with the lower edge of the seat. The armchair's side wall is cut vertically from the left side of the front of the seat and reaches the level of the upper seat surface, from where it begins to spiral upward to the right, creating a cup-shaped backrest that reaches the line of the right edge of the front of the seat, where it is cut vertically downward. The angle of the spiral line decreases as it rises, becoming horizontal at the final section on the right side of the seat. The height of the cup-shaped backrest of the armchair's side wall reaches a height at the top approximately equal to the height of the armchair's seat. The thickness of the cup-shaped backrest of the armchair's side wall is approximately equal to the thickness of the upper seat layer. The cup-shaped backrest of the armchair's side wall slightly overlaps the top layer of the seat, and its surface is divided into segments by vertical decorative stitching lines. The front surfaces and the dorsal surface of the armchair's side wall are slightly flattened, and the trailing edges of these surfaces are slightly rounded, as shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 1, and the attached illustration, Fig. 1. A variation of the armchair shown in Fig. 1 is an armchair in which the vertically cut side wall reaches the level of the seat on the right side of its front surface, from where it begins to rise spirally upward to the left, creating a cup-shaped backrest reaching the line of the left edge of the front of the seat, as shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 2, and the attached illustration, Fig. 2.
