Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zbiornik, przeznaczony do zasilania miski ustepowej w wode. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnym ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 jest widokiem z przodu, fig. 2 przekrojem z boku, a fig. 3 jest widokiem z góry zbiornika. W widoku z przodu powierzchnia korpusu zbiornika jest podzielona pozioma utworzona przez przylegajace do siebie krawedzie jego czesci dolnej i górnej, przy czym krawedzie czesci dolnej tworza trapez symetryczny z podstawa szersza usytuowana u góry, natomiast krawedzie czesci górnej tworza pro- stokat. Z czesci górnej wychodzi zespól przycisków, których krawedzie zewne- trzne biegna po obwodzie wycinka kola, natomiast przylegajace do siebie wewnetrzne krawedzie przycisków, biegna po prostopadlej, dzielacej wycinek kola na dwa pola rózniace sie zasadniczo wielkoscia powierzchni. W widoku z boku czesc dolna zbiornika ma wychodzace z podstawy, zaglebienie, które jest usytuowane w jego osi pionowej, przy czym krawedzie boczne zaglebienia, poczawszy od podstawy, biegna po malych promieniach przechodzacych w odcinki proste schodzace sie w poziomy odcinek prosty, lezacy po nizej krawe- dzi górnej czesci dolnej zbiornika. W widoku z boku czesc górna zbiornika mazaglebienie usytuowane w jej górnym narozniku, przy czym krawedzie scianki tylnej tego zaglebienia biegna po prostych tworzacych prostokat z zaokraglony- mi naroznikami. Z powierzchni czesci górnej zbiornika, naprzeciw zaglebienia, wychodzi poza powierzchnie czesci górnej zbiornika zespól przycisków. Powierzchnia czesci czolowej zespolu przycisków jest fragmentem czaszy kulistej. PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a tank designed to supply water to a toilet bowl. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the object, intended for aesthetic purposes, manifested in an original shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 is a front view, Fig. 2 is a side cross-section, and Fig. 3 is a top view of the tank. In the front view, the surface of the tank body is divided horizontally by the adjacent edges of its lower and upper parts, with the edges of the lower part forming a symmetrical trapezoid with a wider base at the top, while the edges of the upper part form a rectangle. A set of buttons extends from the upper part, the outer edges of which run along the circumference of a circular segment, while the adjacent inner edges of the buttons run along a perpendicular, dividing the circular segment into two fields differing substantially in surface area. In a side view, the lower part of the tank has a recess extending from the base, which is located on its vertical axis. The lateral edges of the recess, starting from the base, run along small radii, transforming into straight segments that converge into a horizontal straight segment lying below the upper edge of the lower part of the tank. In a side view, the upper part of the tank has a recess located in its upper corner, and the edges of the rear wall of this recess run along straight lines forming a rectangle with rounded corners. A set of buttons extends from the surface of the upper part of the tank, opposite the recess. The front surface of the set of buttons is a fragment of a spherical cap.
