Istote wzoni zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac butelki przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i w strukturze powierzchni. Wzór zdobniczy uwidoczniono na rysunku na którym fig. 1 przedstawia butelke w widoku, fig 2 przedstawia butelke w widoku z góry od strony szyj - ki wlewowej, fig.3 przedstawia fragment powierzchni chropowatej w powie- kszeniu ponizej szyjki wlewowej butelki, fig.4 przedstawia fragment przekro- ju osiowego butelki ponizej szyjki wlewowej. Butelka w postaci cylindra, zakonczona zaglebionym dnem na obwo - dzie którego znajduja sie wystepy podporowe o wyokraglonych krawedziach w ksztalcie nózek i nagwintowana szyjka z kolnierzem, sklada sie z szeregu fi- gur geometrycznych polaczonych ze soba w postaci odcinka prostego, gladkie- go, wydluzonego cylindra, odcinka wypuklego pierscienia od strony dna, uksztaltowanego odcinka pierscienia srodkowego i odcinka elipsy, której two- rzaca lagodnym lukiem przechodzi w szyjke wlewowa, a je j powierzchnia jest chropowata, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku fig.l. Na powierzchni odcinka elipsy, na obwodzie, znajduja sie dwie stylizo- wane krople wody , wzgledem siebie symetrycznie rozmieszczone, o powie - rzchni gladkiej, majac zaglebienie literowe, których wypuklosc jest wyraznie wyzsza niz wysokosc figur stanowiacych chropowatosc powierzchni tego odcinka, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku fig.2 i fig.4.Na powierzchni odcinka elipsy znajduja sie ostroslupy foremne o pod - stawie trójkata równobocznego, wzgledem siebie zestawione podstawami w szeregach, odcinkami jeden nad drugim w tak sposób, ze ich wierzcholki sta - nowia chropowata powierzchnie, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku fig.3, fig.lifig.2. Pierscien srodkowy zostal uksztaltowany w taki sposób przez odcinki luków, ze w polowie jego wysokosci przechodza w odcinek pierscienia o mniejszej srednicy niz srednica cylindra, stanowiac znaczne przewezenie two- rzacej w kierunku do osi butelki, i poprzez wciecie fazowe przechodzi w chropowaty odcinek elipsy, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1. The decorative design is a bottle, particularly for highly carbonated and still mineral waters, and beverages made from these waters. The essence of the decorative design is a new form of the bottle, manifested in the shape, line arrangement, and surface structure. The decorative design is shown in the drawing: Fig. 1 shows a view of the bottle; Fig. 2 shows a top view of the bottle from the filler neck; Fig. 3 shows a magnified fragment of the rough surface below the filler neck; Fig. 4 shows a fragment of the axial cross-section of the bottle below the filler neck. A bottle in the form of a cylinder, with a recessed bottom on its circumference - on the periphery of which there are support projections with rounded edges in the shape of legs and a threaded neck with a collar, consists of a series of geometric figures connected to each other in the form of a straight, smooth, elongated cylinder section, a convex ring section on the bottom side, a shaped section of the middle ring and an ellipse section, the generatrix of which passes into the pouring neck in a gentle arc, and its surface is rough, as shown in the attached drawing fig.1. On the surface of the ellipse section, on the circumference, there are two stylized drops of water, symmetrically arranged with respect to each other, with a smooth surface, having a letter depression, the convexity of which is clearly higher than the height of the figures constituting the roughness of the surface of this section, as shown in the attached drawings fig. 2 and fig. 4. On the surface of the ellipse section, there are regular pyramids with an equilateral triangle base, placed with their bases in rows with respect to each other, with the sections one above the other in such a way that their vertices constitute a rough surface, as shown in the attached drawings fig. 3, fig. 1 and fig. 2. The central ring has been shaped in such a way by arc sections that at half its height they turn into a ring section with a smaller diameter than the diameter of the cylinder, constituting a significant narrowing of the generator towards the bottle axis, and through a chamfer it turns into a rough section of an ellipse, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1.
