The candle has the shape of a solid of revolution with a hollow interior to accommodate a fuel insert. The candle's outer diameter, determining its width, varies along the height of the solid. The candle is at its widest point near half its height, where its outer surface is a cylindrical central band, bounded at the top and bottom by annular projections. The upper part of the candle extends from the central band in a concave arc to the upper band located at the mouth of the candle, while the lower part extends in a concave arc to the cylindrical base. Both concave surfaces feature regular, well-shaped projections in the form of gently curved streaks thickening the candle's walls and extending vertically. Both the middle and top bands of the candle are ornamented with grids of intersecting diagonal lines and regular geometric figures placed within the meshes of these grids.
