Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest zestaw pojemników na znicze, które napelnia sie stearyna, osadzajac w niej knot, a znicze te stosuje sie zwlaszcza na nagrobkach w czasie obrze- dów zwiazanych z kultem zmarlych. Istota wzoru zdobniczego jest nowa postac pojemnika na znicz przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie i dodatkowo w uksztalto- waniu jego powierzchni. Zestaw pojemników na znicze wedlug wzoru zdobniczego sklada sie z dwóch pojemników, które maja postac obrotowego,cienkosciennego klosza, wykonanego najkorzystniej z przyciem- nionego szkla. Klosz kazdego pojemnika zestawu ma przy dnie pierscieniowa podstawke zwezajaca sie na górze, na której osa- dzony jest korpus, rozszerzajacy sie do okolo polowy wysokosci, a nastepnie zwezajacy sie ku górze i zakonczony otworem, oto- czonym korona. Korpus pierwszego pojemnika ma ksztalt zblizony do dwóch stozków scietych zetknietych wiekszymi podstawami, z wyokra- gleniem w miejscu zetkniecia. Natomiast korpus drugiego pojem- nika ma ksztalt niskiego, stozkowo rozchylonego kielicha z wy- okraglonym brzegiem, nakrytego kopula w ksztalcie przypomina- jacym styl bizantyjski, która ma zewnetrzna srednice nieco wiek- sza od zewnetrznej srednicy kielicha. Ponadto klosze pojemników na znicze, na bocznej po- wierzchni, korzystnie od strony wewnetrznej, moga miec prazko- wane zgrubienia, konczace sie w szczytach zabkowania korony. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego przedstawiono na zalaczo- nych fot. 1 i fot. 2. pokazujacych poszczególne pojemniki na zni- cze z zestawu, w widoku ogólnym z boku i od góry, ujawniajacym proporcje i ksztalt poszczególnych elementów pojemników oraz calych pojemników. PL PLSet of Candle Holders The right to register an ornamental design is valid from April 4, 2001. The subject of the ornamental design is a set of candle holders, which are filled with stearin and have a wick embedded in it. These candles are used particularly on tombstones during ceremonies related to the cult of the dead. The essence of the ornamental design is the new form of the candle holder, manifested in its shape and additionally in the shaping of its surface. The set of candle holders according to the ornamental design consists of two containers, each in the form of a rotating, thin-walled shade, preferably made of tinted glass. The shade of each container in the set has a ring-shaped base at the bottom, tapering at the top, on which sits a body that widens to about halfway up, then tapers upwards and ends in an opening surrounded by a crown. The body of the first container is shaped like two truncated cones joined by larger bases, with a rounded point where they meet. The body of the second container, on the other hand, is shaped like a low, conically flared goblet with a rounded rim, topped by a dome in a Byzantine style, the outer diameter of which is slightly larger than the outer diameter of the goblet. In addition, the shades of the candle holders may have ribbed bulges on the side surface, preferably on the inside, ending in the peaks of the crown's serrations. The decorative pattern is shown in the attached photos 1 and 2, which show individual candle holders from the set, in general side and top views, revealing the proportions and shape of the individual container elements and the entire containers.
