Istota wzoru zdobniczego jest nowa postac pojemnika na znicz przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie i dodatkowo w uksztalto- waniu jego powierzchni. Pojemnik na znicz wedlug wzoru zdobniczego ma postac cienkosciennego klosza, wykonanego najkorzystniej z przyciem-nionego szkla. Klosz ma przy dnie plaska, okragla podstawke, z wyokraglonym brzegiem. Na tej podstawce osadzony jest balon o karbowanej powierzchni bocznej utworzonej przez lukowe tworza- ce o zróznicowanych krzywiznach luku, tak usytuowane, ze w przekrojach poziomych balonu tworza obwiednie kwiatu o regu- larnie rozmieszczonych, wyokraglonych przy koncu, korzystnie szesciu platkach. Na górze balon ma otwór otoczony korona, lu- kowo rozchylona ku górze. Dodatkowo klosz pojemnika na znicz, na bocznej po- wierzchni, korzystnie od strony wewnetrznej, moze miec prazko- wane zgrubienia, konczace sie w szczytach zabkowania korony. PL PLThe right to register a candle as an ornamental design is valid from: April 9, 2001. The subject of the ornamental design is a candle holder filled with stearin, embedding a wick in it, and used particularly on tombstones during ceremonies related to the cult of the dead. The essence of the ornamental design is the new form of the candle holder, manifested in its shape and, additionally, in the shaping of its surface. The candle holder, according to the ornamental design, takes the form of a thin-walled lampshade, preferably made of tinted glass. The lampshade has a flat, circular base at the bottom, with a rounded edge. On this base sits a balloon with a ribbed lateral surface formed by arched generatrixes of varying curvatures, arranged so that the horizontal cross-sections of the balloon form the outline of a flower with regularly spaced, rounded petals, preferably six at the tip. At the top, the balloon has an opening surrounded by a crown, flaring upward in an arch. Additionally, the shade of the candle holder may have ribbed ridges on its side surface, preferably on the inside, terminating in the peaks of the crown's serrations.
