Lampa oswietleniowa Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 04.09.2000r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest lampa oswietleniowa. Istote wzoru stanowi oryginalny ksztalt oraz uklad kolorystyczny lampy. Przedmiot wzoru widoczny jest na rysunkach, na których fig. 1 - przedstawia lampe oswietleniowa^ natomiast fig. 2 do fig. 4 - przedstawiaja je j odmiany. Jak pokazano na rysunku fig. 1 - lampa oswietleniowa charakteryzuje sie tym, ze w swojej górnej czesci posiada metalowy spodeczek, z którego dna wyprowadzona jest rurka zakonczona oczkiem, stanowiacym równoczesnie pierwsze ogniwo lancucha, w który wpleciony jest przewód elektryczny. Ponizej umieszczony jest bialy element w postaci odwróconej brzegami do góry pólkuli, zas nizej metalowy lacznik w ksztalcie odwróconego kielicha. Lacznik ten polaczony jest z wykonanym z bialego, matowanego szkla elementem, przypominajacym ksztaltem mala maczuge, która osadzona jest w wykonanej z bialego szkla miseczce - o przekroju w ksztalcie polowy elipsy - u dolu której, centralnie na srodku, umieszczona jest metalowa, niewielka kulka, stanowiaca równoczesnie najnizej polozony element lampy. Z poza brzegów miseczki wyprowadzonych jest piec metalowych ramion lampy, z których kazde przypomina odwrócona litere „1", i zakonczone jest metalowym, spodeczkiem oraz umieszczonym pod nim kloszem. Przy czym zarówno klosze, jak imiseczka wykonane sa z matowanego, pólprzezroczystego szkla, zas górne czesci kloszy oraz dolna czesc miseczki wykonane sa z przezroczystego szkla uformowanego w fale. Dodatkowo kazde ramie lampy ozdobione jest cienkim pretem umiejscowionym w wewnetrznej czesci litery "1" i zawinietym w ozdobna petle. Ramie lampy zakonczone jest metalowym, spodeczkiem oraz umieszczonym pod nim bialym, pólprzezroczystym kloszem. Przy czym górna czesc klosza wykonana jest z przezroczystego szkla uformowanego w fale. Dodatkowo kazde ramie lampy ozdobione jest cienkim pretem umiejscowionym w wewnetrznej czesci litery "1" i zawinietym w ozdobna petle. PL PLLighting Lamp The right of registration for an ornamental design has been in effect since September 4, 2000. The subject of the ornamental design is a lighting lamp. The essence of the design is the lamp's original shape and color scheme. The subject of the design is visible in the drawings, where Fig. 1 depicts the lighting lamp, while Figs. 2 to 4 depict its variations. As shown in Fig. 1, the lighting lamp is characterized by a metal saucer in its upper part, from the bottom of which extends a tube ending in a loop, which also serves as the first link of a chain into which an electrical wire is woven. Below this is a white element in the form of an inverted hemisphere, and below that, a metal connector in the shape of an inverted cup. This connector is connected to a white, frosted glass element resembling a small club, which is set in a white glass bowl—half-ellipse in cross-section—at the bottom of which, centrally, sits a small metal ball, constituting the lamp's lowest element. Extending from the edges of the bowl are five metal arms, each resembling an inverted letter "1," topped with a metal saucer and a shade placed beneath. Both the shades and the bowl are made of frosted, translucent glass, while the upper parts of the shades and the lower part of the bowl are made of clear glass formed into a wave-like pattern. Additionally, each arm is adorned with a thin rod placed inside the letter "1" and wrapped in a decorative loop. As shown in Figure 2, the lamp is characterized by a metal saucer at its top, from the bottom of which extends a tube ending in a loop, which also serves as the first link in a chain into which an electrical wire is woven. Below this is a white element in the form of an upside-down hemisphere, and below that is a metal connector in the shape of an inverted cup. This connector is connected to a white, frosted glass element resembling a small club, which is set in a white glass bowl—with a cross-section in the shape of a half-ellipse—at the bottom of which, centrally in the center, is a small metal ball, constituting the lowest element of the lamp. Extending from beyond the rim of the bowl are three metal lamp arms, each resembling an inverted letter "F" and topped with a metal saucer and a shade placed beneath it. Both the shades and the bowl are made of frosted, translucent glass, while the upper portions of the shades and the lower portion of the bowl are made of transparent glass formed in a wave-like pattern. Additionally, each lamp arm is decorated with a thin rod placed in the inner part of the letter "1" and wrapped in a decorative loop. As shown in Figure 3, the lamp is characterized by its base being a horizontally positioned metal disc-shaped element, from the center of which extends a decoratively curved lamp arm, resembling an inverted letter "1." The lamp arm ends with a metal saucer and a white, translucent shade placed beneath it. The upper part of the lampshade is made of transparent glass formed in a wave-like pattern. Additionally, each lamp arm is decorated with a thin rod located in the inner part of the letter "1" and wrapped in a decorative loop. As shown in Figure 4, the lamp is characterized by its base being a vertically positioned metal disc-shaped element, from the center of which extends a decoratively curved lamp arm, resembling a horizontally positioned question mark "?". The lamp arm is topped with a metal saucer and a white, translucent lampshade placed beneath it. The upper part of the lampshade is made of transparent glass formed in a wave-like pattern. Additionally, each lamp arm is decorated with a thin rod located in the inner part of the letter "1" and wrapped in a decorative loop.
