Lampa oswietleniowa Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 04.09.2000r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest lampa oswietleniowa. Istote wzoru stanowi oryginalny ksztalt oraz uklad kolorystyczny lampy. Przedmiot wzoru widoczny jest na rysunkach, na których fig. 1 - przedstawia lampe oswietleniowa, natomiast fig. 2 do fig. 4 - przedstawiajajej odmiany. Jak pokaz,ano na rysunku fig. 1 - lampa oswietleniowa charakteryzuje sie tym, ze w swojej górnej czesci posiada metalowy element w ksztalcie spodeczka, z którego dna wyprowadzona jest rurka zakonczona oczkiem, stanowiacym równoczesnie pierwsze ogniwo lancucha, w który wpleciony jest przewód elektryczny. Ostatnie ogniwo lancucha posiada wachlarzowaty ksztalt i osadzone jest w odwróconym, metalowym stozku. Element ten polaczony jest z fantazyjnie uksztaltowanym pretem, który przypomina rozciagnieta litere „C", od której konców poprowadzone sa ciensze prety polaczone ze soba w zaglebieniu litery ,,C" drewnianym klockiem w ksztalcie lezki. Ponizej natomiast znajduje sie drewniany element - o przekroju w ksztalcie polowy elipsy - u dolu którego, centralnie na srodku, umieszczona jest metalowa, niewielka kulka, stanowiaca równoczesnie najnizej polozony element lampy. Z poza brzegów tego elementu wyprowadzonych jest piec metalowych ramion lampy, z których kazde stanowi fantazyjnie uksztaltowany pret, który przypomina rozciagnieta litere „C", od której konców poprowadzone sa ciensze prety polaczone ze soba wzaglebieniu litery „C" drewnianym klockiem w ksztalcie lezki, i której górny koniec jest zawiniety w dól i odchylony na zewnatrz oraz zakonczony jest metalowym, spodeczkiem oraz umieszczonym pod nim wykonanym z bialego, pólprzezroczystego szkla kloszem, przypominajacym odchylony na zewnatrz kwiat. Jak pokazano na rysunku fig. 2 - lampa oswietleniowa charakteryzuje sie tym, ze w swojej górnej czesci posiada metalowy element w ksztalcie spodeczka, z którego dna wyprowadzona jest rurka zakonczona oczkiem, stanowiacym równoczesnie pierwsze ogniwo lancucha, w który wpleciony jest przewód elektryczny. Przy czym górny koniec ramienia lampy jest zawiniety w dól i odchylony na zewnatrz oraz zakonczony jest metalowym, spodeczkiem oraz umieszczonym pod nim wykonanym z bialego, pólprzezroczystego szkla kloszem, przypominajacym odchylony na zewnatrz kwiat. Jak pokazano na rysunku fig. 4 - lampa oswietleniowa charakteryzuje sie tym, ze jej podstawe stanowi pionowo usytuowany metalowy element w ksztalcie dysku, z którego srodka wyprowadzone jest ozdobnie wygiete ramie lampy, przypominajace ksztaltem ulozonapoziomo, koncami w dól, litere „C", od której konców poprowadzone sa ciensze prety polaczone ze soba w zaglebieniu litery „C" drewnianym klockiem w ksztalcie lezki. Przy czym zewnetrzny koniec ramienia lampy jest zawiniety w dól i odchylony na zewnatrz oraz zakonczony jest metalowym, spodeczkiem oraz umieszczonym pod nim wykonanym z bialego, pólprzezroczystego szkla kloszem, przypominajacym odchylony na zewnatrz kwiat. The essence of the design is the lamp's original shape and color scheme. The subject of the design is visible in the drawings, where Fig. 1 depicts the lighting lamp, while Figs. 2 to 4 depict its variants. As shown in Fig. 1, the lighting lamp is characterized by a saucer-shaped metal element in its upper part, from the bottom of which extends a tube ending in a loop, which also serves as the first link of a chain into which an electrical wire is woven. The last link of the chain has a fan-shaped shape and is set in an inverted metal cone. This element is connected to a fancifully shaped rod that resembles a stretched letter "C", from the ends of which thinner rods are run, connected together in the recess of the letter "C" by a wooden teardrop-shaped block. Below, there is a wooden element - with a cross-section in the shape of a half-ellipse - at the bottom of which, in the center, a small metal ball is placed, which is also the lowest element of the lamp. From beyond the edges of this element extend five metal arms of the lamp, each of which constitutes a fancifully shaped rod that resembles a stretched letter "C", from the ends of which thinner rods are run, connected together in the recess of the letter "C" by a wooden teardrop-shaped block, and the upper end of which is curled downwards and bent outwards and terminated with a metal, a saucer and a lampshade made of white, translucent glass placed beneath it, resembling an outwardly tilted flower. As shown in Figure 2, the lamp is characterized by a saucer-shaped metal element in its upper part, from the bottom of which extends a tube ending in a loop, which also serves as the first link of a chain into which an electrical wire is woven. The last link of the chain is fan-shaped and set in an inverted metal cone. This element is connected to a fancifully shaped rod resembling an extended letter "C," from the ends of which run thinner rods connected together in the recess of the "C" by a wooden teardrop-shaped block. Below, there is a wooden element—half an ellipse in cross-section—at the bottom of which, centrally, sits a small metal ball, constituting the lamp's lowest element. Extending from the edges of this element are three metal arms, each of which forms an imaginatively shaped rod resembling an extended letter "C." From each end are thinner rods connected within the recess of the "C" by a teardrop-shaped wooden block. The upper end of the rod is curled downward and angled outward, topped by a metal saucer and, beneath it, a lampshade made of white, translucent glass, resembling an outward-curving flower. As shown in Figure 3, the lighting lamp is characterized by its base being a horizontally positioned metal element in the shape of a disk, from the center of which extends a decoratively curved lamp arm, resembling an inverted letter "1", from the ends of which thinner rods are run, connected together in the recess of the letter "1" by a wooden block in the shape of a teardrop. The upper end of the lamp arm is curled downwards and tilted outwards, and is topped with a metal saucer and a lampshade made of white, translucent glass placed underneath, resembling an outward tilted flower. As shown in Figure 4 - the lighting lamp is characterized by its base being a vertically placed metal element in the shape of a disk, from the center of which extends a decoratively curved lamp arm, resembling a horizontally placed letter "C" with its ends downwards. From the ends of the arm there are thinner rods connected together in the recess of the letter "C" with a wooden block in the shape of a teardrop. The outer end of the lamp arm is curled downwards and tilted outwards, and is topped with a metal saucer and a lampshade made of white, translucent glass placed underneath, resembling an outward tilted flower.
