Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest lampa oswietleniowa. Istota wzoru przejawia sie w nietypowym ksztalcie i ciekawej kolorystyce poszczególnych jego elementów, które róznia sia od dotychczas znanych wzorów lamp: - wyszukanym wzorem metalowych elementów lampy, - ciekawym ksztaltem kloszy. Lampa oswietleniowa przedstawiona zostala na barwnej fotografii, na której fig. 1 - przedstawia lampe wiszaca z trzema kloszami - w widoku z boku. Lampa pokazana na fotografii fig. 1 - charakteryzuje sie tym, ze w górnej czesci posiada element w ksztalcie plaskiej, szerokiej miseczki ozdobionej u spodu niewielka kuleczka, przez która przeprowadzona zostala wygieta, pionowa, gruba rurka zakonczona duza kula ozdobiona u spodu niewielkim szpiczastym elementem. Z kuli tej wyprowadzone zostaly w góre dodatkowo ozdobnie wijace sie ciensze i grubsze metalowe listwy, które imituja ksztalt lisci owiniete wokól grubej rurki. Wokól kuli na jej powierzchni rozmieszczone zostaly w równych odstepach trzy wygiete w dól rurki, z których kazda zakonczona jest dwoma niewielkimi kuleczkami, umieszczonymi jedna nad druga przytrzymujacymi klosz, który ksztaltem przypomina fantazyjnie wygiety rozek.Do kazdej z rurek stanowiacych ramiona lampy, blizej ich srodka przymocowane zostaly cienka, wygieta, dluga rurka i plaska, krótsza listwa owijajaca rurke grubsza, która przypomina lisc kwiatu i jest podobna do listwy owijajacej rurke pionowa. Opisana lampa oswietleniowa nosi nazwe „Rodzina Torino". Cecha istotna wzoru przedstawionego na fotografii fig. 1 jest to, ze stanowi go lampa wiszaca z trzema kloszami, która charakteryzuje sie tym, ze: - w górnej czesci posiada element w ksztalcie plaskiej, szerokiej miseczki ozdobionej u spodu niewielka kuleczka, przez która przeprowadzona zostala wygieta, pionowa, gruba rurka zakonczona duza kula ozdobiona u spodu niewielkim szpiczastym elementem, - z kuli tej wyprowadzone zostaly w góre dodatkowo ozdobnie wijace sie ciensze i grubsze metalowe listwy, które imituja ksztalt lisci owiniete wokól grubej rurki, - wokól kuli na jej powierzchni rozmieszczone zostaly w równych odstepach trzy wygiete w dól rurki, z których kazda zakonczona jest dwoma niewielkimi kuleczkami, umieszczonymi jedna nad druga przytrzymujacymi klosz, który ksztaltem przypomina fantazyjnie wygiety rozek, - do kazdej z rurek stanowiacych ramiona lampy, blizej ich srodka przymocowane zostaly cienka, wygieta, dluga rurka i plaska, krótsza listwa owijajaca rurke grubsza, która przypomina lisc kwiatu i jest podobna do listwy owijajacej rurke pionowa.Fig. 1 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a lighting lamp. The essence of the design lies in the unusual shape and interesting color scheme of its individual elements, which differ from previously known lamp designs: - the sophisticated pattern of the lamp's metal elements, - the interesting shape of the lampshades. The lighting lamp is presented in a color photograph, in which Fig. 1 shows a hanging lamp with three lampshades – a side view. The lamp shown in Fig. 1 is characterized by its upper section having a flat, wide bowl-shaped element decorated at the bottom with a small ball, through which runs a curved, vertical, thick tube, ending in a large ball decorated at the bottom with a small pointed element. From this ball, additional decoratively curling thinner and thicker metal strips imitate the shape of leaves wrapped around the thick tube. Around the sphere, three downward-curving tubes are placed at equal intervals on its surface, each topped with two small balls, one above the other, holding a lampshade whose shape resembles a fancifully curved horn. Attached to each of the tubes, which constitute the lamp's arms, closer to their centers are a thin, curved, long tube and a flat, shorter strip wrapping around a thicker tube, which resembles a flower leaf and is similar to the strip wrapping around a vertical tube. The described lighting fixture is called the "Torino Family." The essential feature of the design shown in Fig. 1 is that it is a hanging lamp with three lampshades, which is characterized by the following: - in the upper part it has an element in the shape of a flat, wide bowl decorated at the bottom with a small ball, through which a bent, vertical, thick tube is passed, ending with a large ball decorated at the bottom with a small pointed element, - from this ball there are additional decoratively curling thinner and thicker metal strips leading upwards, which imitate the shape of leaves wrapped around the thick tube, - around the ball on its surface there are three tubes bent downwards at equal intervals, each of which ends with two small balls, placed one above the other, holding the lampshade, the shape of which resembles a fancifully curved horn, - to each of the tubes constituting the arms of the lamp, closer to their In the center, a thin, bent, long tube and a flat, shorter strip are attached, wrapping the thicker tube, which resembles a flower leaf and is similar to the strip wrapping the vertical tube.
