Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest lampa oswietleniowa. Istota wzoru przejawia sie w nietypowym ksztalcie i ciekawej kolorystyce poszczególnych jego elementów, które róznia sie od dotychczas znanych wzorów lamp: - wyszukanym wzorem metalowych elementów lampy, - ciekawym ksztaltem kloszy. Lampa oswietleniowa przedstawiona zostala na barwnej fotografii, na której fig. 1 - przedstawia lampe wiszaca z trzema kloszami - w widoku z boku. Lampa pokazana na fotografii fig. 1 charakteryzuje sie tym, ze w górnej czesci posiada element w ksztalcie miseczki, z której wyprowadzona zostala krótka rurka przechodzaca w nieco od niej dluzszy lancuch, na koncu którego znajduje sie duza kula ozdobiona u spodu niewielka kuleczka. Wokól kuli, w jej dolnej czesci, rozmieszczone zostaly w równych odstepach trzy wygiete, grube rurki, z któiych kazda przypomina odwrócony znak zapytania i ma ksztalt przypominajacy ozdobnie wygieta wikline. Pomiedzy tymi rurkami stanowiacymi ramiona lampy umieszczone sa fantazyjnie powyginane krótsze rurki, takze przypominajace lodygi wikliny, które zostalyspiete w najwezszym miejscu drutem przypominajacym spiralnie zwinieta wiklina. Kazde z ramion lampy zakonczone jest miseczka, do której umocowany zostal klosz w ksztalcie kwiatu. Jest on dodatkowo ozdobiony kilkoma wygietymi, krótkimi rurkami, które okalaja klosz, a ksztaltem przypominaja galazki drzewa. Opisana lampa oswietleniowa nosi nazwe „Rodzina Rimini". Cecha istotna wzoru przedstawionego na fotografii fig. 1 jest to, ze stanowi go lampa wiszaca z trzema kloszami, która charakteryzuje sie tym, ze: - w górnej czesci posiada element w ksztalcie miseczki, z której wyprowadzona zostala krótka rurka przechodzaca w nieco od niej dluzszy lancuch, na koncu którego znajduje sie duza kula ozdobiona u spodu niewielka kuleczka, - wokól kuli, w jej dolnej czesci, rozmieszczone zostaly w równych odstepach trzy wygiete, grube rurki, z których kazda przypomina odwrócony znak zapytania i ma ksztalt przypominajacy ozdobnie wygieta wikline, - pomiedzy tymi rurkami stanowiacymi ramiona lampy umieszczone sa fantazyjnie powyginane krótsze rurki, takze przypominajace lodygi wikliny, które zostaly spiete w najwezszym miejscu drutem przypominajacym spiralnie zwinieta wikline, - kazde z ramion lampy zakonczone jest miseczka, do której umocowany zostal klosz w ksztalcie kwiatu, - jest on dodatkowo ozdobiony kilkoma wygietymi, krótkimi rurkami, które okalaja klosz, a ksztaltem przypominaja galazki drzewa.Fig. 1 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a lighting lamp. The essence of the design lies in the unusual shape and interesting color scheme of its individual elements, which differ from previously known lamp designs: - the sophisticated pattern of the lamp's metal elements; - the interesting shape of the lampshades. The lighting lamp is shown in a color photograph, in which Fig. 1 shows a hanging lamp with three lampshades – a side view. The lamp shown in Fig. 1 is characterized by a cup-shaped element in its upper section, from which extends a short tube that extends into a slightly longer chain, at the end of which is a large ball adorned with a small ball at the bottom. Around the ball, in its lower section, are placed at equal intervals, three curved, thick tubes, each resembling an inverted question mark and shaped like decoratively curved wicker. Between these tubes, which constitute the lamp's arms, are fancifully curved shorter tubes, also resembling wicker stems, fastened at their narrowest points with wire resembling spirally coiled wicker. Each of the lamp's arms ends in a bowl, to which a flower-shaped lampshade is attached. This is further adorned with several short, curved tubes that encircle the lampshade, resembling tree branches. The described lighting fixture is called the "Rimini Family." The essential feature of the design shown in Fig. 1 is that it is a hanging lamp with three lampshades, which is characterized by the following: - in the upper part it has a cup-shaped element, from which a short tube extends, passing into a slightly longer chain, at the end of which there is a large ball decorated with a small ball at the bottom, - around the ball, in its lower part, there are three bent, thick tubes placed at equal intervals, each of which resembles an inverted question mark and has a shape reminiscent of decoratively bent wicker, - between these tubes, constituting the arms of the lamp, there are fancifully bent shorter tubes, also resembling wicker stems, which are fastened at the narrowest point with a wire resembling spirally coiled wicker, - each of the lamp arms ends with a cup, to which the lampshade is attached. in the shape of a flower, - it is additionally decorated with several bent, short tubes that surround the lampshade and their shape resembles tree branches.Fig. 1 PL PL
