Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw lamp oswietleniowych. Istota wzoru jest nowa postac poszczególnych elementów zestawu lamp, przejawiajaca sie w ich oryginalnym, ksztalcie i kolorystyce. Poszczególne elementy zestawu róznia sie od dotychczas znanych wzorów lamp: - niezwykle oryginalnym ksztaltem poszczególnych kloszy wykonanych w niespotykanej kolorystyce, - wyszukanym wzorem elementów metalowych lampy. The essence of the design is the novelty of the individual lamp elements, manifested in their original shape and color scheme. The individual elements of the set differ from previously known lamp designs in: - the exceptionally original shape of the individual lampshades, executed in unusual colors; - the sophisticated pattern of the lamp's metal elements. The industrial design is presented in color photographs, in which Fig. 1 illustrates a side view of a pendant lamp with five lampshades; Fig. 2 illustrates a side view of a pendant lamp with three lampshades; Fig. 3 illustrates a wall lamp in an oblique side view; and Fig. 4 depicts a low floor lamp in an oblique side view. The lamp shown in Figure 1—a pendant lamp with five shades—is characterized by its upper section featuring an element in the shape of an inverted bell, from which extends a short tube that merges into a slightly longer chain. At the end of the chain is a wooden, hemispherical element, from which extend five curved, wavy tubes, each terminating in a slightly smaller, hemispherical element, with a thin, shiny band surrounding it at its widest point. Each of these elements houses a glass shade in the shape of a dahlia flower. The individual metal elements of the lamp are made of a shiny, gold-colored material, but can equally be made of other colored metals, including matte ones. As described above, these elements incorporate decorative wooden hemispherical elements. The glass shades are transparent, with yellow coatings, but they can also be replaced with shades of a different color and shape. The lamp shown in Figure 2—a pendant lamp with three shades—is characterized by its upper section featuring an element in the shape of an inverted bell, from which extends a short tube that merges into a slightly longer chain, at the end of which is a wooden, hemispherical element, from which extend three curved, wavy tubes, each terminating in a slightly smaller, hemispherical element, with a thin, shiny band around it at its widest part. Each of these elements houses a glass shade in the shape of a dahlia flower. The lamp's individual metal elements are made of a shiny, gold-colored material, but can also be made of other colors, including matte.
