Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest lampa oswietleniowa w kilku jej odmianach. Istota wzoru jest nowa postac lampy, przejawiajaca sie w jej oryginalnym, ksztalcie i subtelnej kolorystyce. Lampa ta, rózni sie od dotychczas znanych wzorów lamp: - oryginalnym ksztaltem klosza wykonanym w niespotykanej kolorystyce, - wyszukanym wzorem uchwytu lampy. The essence of the design is the lamp's new form, manifested in its original shape and subtle color scheme. This lamp differs from previously known lamp designs in: - the original shape of the lampshade, executed in unusual colors, - the sophisticated design of the lamp holder. The industrial design is presented in color illustrations, in which Fig. 1 illustrates the arrangement of a hanging lamp with three lampshades (side view); Fig. 2 shows a hanging lamp with five lampshades (side view); Fig. 3 illustrates the arrangement of a low floor lamp (side view); Fig. 4 illustrates a wall lamp (oblique side view). The lamp shown in Figure 1—a pendant lamp with three shades—is characterized by its flat, oval plate-shaped element, from which extends a long, slightly curved tube extending vertically, terminating in a large sphere, at the bottom of which is a small ball in the center. Three tubes are set evenly within the sphere, each bent into a loop and wavy shape, and at the end, a ball is attached to a small, cup-shaped bowl, beneath which sits a cup-shaped shade. The individual metal elements of the lamp are made of a shiny, gold-colored material, but can also be made of other colored metals, including matte ones. The lampshades are made of glass with orange and white stripes running along the length of the shade, but they can also be replaced with shades of a different color and shape. The lamp shown in Figure 2—a pendant lamp with five shades—is characterized by its flat, oval saucer-shaped element, from which extends a long, slightly curved tube extending vertically, terminating in a large sphere, at the bottom of which is a small ball in the center. A small ball runs through it, through which runs a fancifully curved tube, ending in a small ball, beneath which is placed a small, goblet-shaped bowl with a goblet-shaped shade embedded within it. An important feature of the design shown in Figure 3 is that: - it is a low floor lamp, characterized by its base being an inverted, flat plate, from the center of which extends vertically a long, slightly curved tube, terminating in a small ball, beneath which is placed a small goblet-shaped bowl with a goblet-shaped lampshade embedded in it; - the individual metal elements of the lamp are made of a shiny gold-colored material, but can equally be made of metal of a different color, including matte; and - the lampshades are made of glass with orange and white stripes running along the length of the lampshade, but can equally be replaced with lampshades of a different color and shape. The essential feature of the design shown in Fig. 4 is that: - it is a wall lamp, characterized by the fact that in the center of a flat plate, which is the side of the lamp attached to the wall, there is a small ball, through which runs a fancifully curved tube, ending with a small ball, under which there is a small cup-shaped bowl with a cup-shaped lampshade embedded in it, - the individual metal elements of the lamp are made of a shiny gold-colored material, but they can also be made of a metal of a different color, including matte, and - the lampshades are made of glass with orange and white stripes running along the lampshade, but they can also be replaced with lampshades of a different color and shape.
