Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw lamp oswietleniowych. Istota wzoru jest nowa postac poszczególnych elementów zestawu lamp, przejawiajaca sie w ich oryginalnym, ksztalcie i kolorystyce. Poszczególne elementy zestawu róznia sie od dotychczas znanych wzorów lamp: - niezwykle oryginalnym ksztaltem poszczególnych kloszy, - wyszukanym wzorem elementów metalowych lampy. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony zostal na rysunkach oraz barwnych ilustracjach, na których fig. 1 - ilustruje lampa wiszaca z trzema kloszami - w widoku z boku, fig. 2 - ilustruje lampe wiszaca z piecioma kloszami - w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 - niska lampe stojaca - w widoku z boku, fig. 4 - kinkiet - w widoku skosnie z boku. W danym elemencie osadzony jest szklany klosz, w ksztalcie kwiatu dalii.Poszczególne metalowe elementy lampy wykonane zostaly z materialu polyskujacego, o barwie zlota, ale równie korzystnie moga zostac wykonane z metalu o innej barwie, w tym takze matowego. Natomiast szklany klosz jest przezroczysty, z zóltymi napyleniami, ale równie korzystnie moze zostac zastapiony kloszem w innym kolorze i ksztalcie. Opisany zestaw lamp nosi nazwe „Dalia Gold". The essence of the design is the novelty of the individual lamp elements, manifested in their original shape and color scheme. The individual elements of the set differ from previously known lamp designs in: - the exceptionally original shape of the individual lampshades; - the sophisticated pattern of the lamp's metal elements. The industrial design is presented in drawings and color illustrations, in which Fig. 1 illustrates a pendant lamp with three lampshades (side view); Fig. 2 illustrates a pendant lamp with five lampshades (front view); Fig. 3 illustrates a low floor lamp (side view); and Fig. 4 illustrates a wall lamp (oblique side view). The lamp shown in Figure 1—a pendant lamp with three shades—is characterized by its upper section featuring an element in the shape of an inverted bell, from which extends a short tube that merges into a slightly longer chain. At the end of the chain is a wooden, hemispherical element, from which extend three curved, wavy tubes, each terminating in a slightly smaller, hemispherical element. Each of these elements houses a glass shade in the shape of a dahlia flower. The individual metal elements of the lamp are made of a shiny, gold-colored material, but can also be made of other colored metals, including matte. The glass shades are transparent, with yellow coatings, but can also be replaced with shades of a different color and shape. The lamp shown in Figure 2—a pendant lamp with five shades—is characterized by its upper section featuring an element in the shape of an inverted bell, from which extends a short tube that merges into a slightly longer chain. The lamp shown in Figure 4—the wall lamp—is characterized by a small ball centered on a flat disc, which forms the wall-mounted side of the lamp. A curved, wavy tube terminates in a slightly smaller, hemispherical element. A glass shade in the shape of a dahlia flower is embedded in this element. The individual metal elements of the lamp are made of a shiny, gold-colored material, but can also be made of other colored metals, including matte. The glass shade is transparent, with yellow dusting, but can also be replaced with a shade of a different color and shape. The described lamp set is called "Dalia Gold." An important feature of the design shown in Fig. 3 is that: - it is a low floor lamp which: - is characterized by the fact that its base is an inverted, semi-circular bowl with a small ball in the center, - from the side of the bowl there is a bent, wavy tube ending with a slightly smaller, semi-circular element, - a glass lampshade in the shape of a dahlia flower is embedded in this element, - the individual metal elements of the lamp are made of a shiny, gold-colored material, but can equally be made of a metal of a different color, including matte, - the glass lampshade is transparent, with yellow dusting, but can equally be replaced with a lampshade of a different color and shape. The essential feature of the design shown in Fig. 4 is that: - it is a wall lamp which: - is characterized by the fact that in the center of a flat disc, which is the side of the lamp attached to the wall, there is a small ball through which a curved, wavy tube is placed, ending with a slightly smaller, hemispherical element, - in this element there is a glass lampshade in the shape of a dahlia flower, - the individual metal elements of the lamp are made of a shiny, gold-colored material, but they can also be made of a metal of a different color, including matte, - the glass lampshade is transparent, with yellow dusting, but it can also be replaced with a lampshade of a different color and shape.
