Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw lamp oswietleniowych, zawierajacych kilka odmian, analogicznej lampy. Istota wzoru jest nowa postac lampy, przejawiajaca sie w jej oryginalnym, ksztalcie i ciekawej kolorystyce. Lampa ta, rózni sie od dotychczas znanych wzorów lamp: - oryginalnym ksztaltem kloszy, - ciekawym wzorem metalowych i drewnianych elementów lampy. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony zostal na barwnych ilustracjach, na których fig.l - przedstawia lampe wiszaca z trzema kloszami, fig. 2 - przedstawia lampe wiszaca z piecioma kloszami, fig.3 - ilustruje kinkiet, natomiast fig. 4 - pokazuje niska lampe stojaca. Lampa pokazana na rysunku fig. 1 - tj. lampa wiszaca z trzema kloszami - charakteryzuje sie tym, ze w górnej czesci posiada element w ksztalcie odwróconego dzwoneczka, z którego wyprowadzona zostala krótka rurka przechodzaca w nieco od niej dluzszy lancuch, na koncu którego znajduje sie plaska, nieduza miseczka. Do niej przymocowana zostala niewielka kuleczka, a nizej element w ksztalcie dzwoneczka, z wychylajaca sie z jego srodka niewielka kuleczka. Ze srodka tego elementu, wyprowadzone zostaly trzy wygiete faliscie rurki, na koncach których umieszczono niewielkie miseczki zosadzonymi w nich kloszami. Pomiedzy kloszami rozpieta zostala 3-ramienna, drewniana gwiazda, której ramiona sa lekko sfalowane i której srodek stanowi niewielki, metalowy walec ozdobiony u dolu i u góry niewielka kuleczka. Gwiazde te podtrzymuja oplatajace ja rurki ramion lampy. Lampa pokazana na rysunku fig. 2 - tj. lampa wiszaca z piecioma kloszami - charakteryzuje sie tym, ze w górnej czesci posiada element w ksztalcie odwróconego dzwoneczka, z którego wyprowadzona zostala krótka rurka przechodzaca w nieco od niej dluzszy lancuch, na koncu którego znajduje sie plaska, nieduza miseczka. Lampa pokazana na rysunku fig. 3 - tj. kinkiet - charakteryzuje sie tym, ze na srodku plaskiego dysku, stanowiacego mocowany do sciany bok lampy, umieszczona zostala niewielka kuleczka, przez która poprowadzona zostala gruba, wygieta rurka z umieszczona na koncu kielichowa miseczka, pod która osadzony jes t kielichowy klosz. Lampa pokazana na rysunku fig. 4 - tj. niska lampa stojaca - charakteryzuje sie tym, ze stanowi ja odwrócona, plaska, nieduza miseczka, na srodku której umieszczona zostala niewielka kulka. Z boku miseczki wyprowadzona zostala gruba, wygieta rurka z umieszczona na koncu kielichowa miseczka, pod która osadzony jest kielichowy klosz.Opisana lampa oraz jej odmiany wchodza w sklad lamp okreslanych nazwa „Rodzina Esprit". The essence of the design is the lamp's new form, manifested in its original shape and interesting color scheme. This lamp differs from previously known lamp designs in: - the original shape of the lampshades, - the interesting pattern of the lamp's metal and wooden elements. The industrial design is presented in color illustrations, in which Fig. 1 shows a pendant lamp with three lampshades, Fig. 2 shows a pendant lamp with five lampshades, Fig. 3 illustrates a wall lamp, and Fig. 4 shows a low floor lamp. The lamp shown in Figure 1—a hanging lamp with three shades—is characterized by its upper section featuring an element in the shape of an inverted bell, from which extends a short tube that extends into a slightly longer chain, at the end of which is a small, flat bowl. A small ball is attached to this, and below it, a bell-shaped element with a small ball protruding from its center. From the center of this element extend three wavy-curved tubes, at the ends of which are small bowls with embedded shades. Between the shades, a three-pointed wooden star is suspended, its arms slightly wavy, and its center is a small metal cylinder decorated at the top and bottom with a small ball. This star is supported by the tubes of the lamp's arms, which encircle it. The lamp shown in Figure 2—a pendant lamp with five shades—is characterized by its upper section featuring an inverted bell-shaped element, from which extends a short tube that extends into a slightly longer chain, at the end of which is a small, flat bowl. A small ball is attached to this ball, and below it, a bell-shaped element with a small ball protruding from its center. From the center of this element extend five wavy-curved tubes, at the ends of which are small bowls with embedded shades. The lamp shown in Figure 3—i.e., a wall lamp—is characterized by a small ball in the center of a flat disk, which forms the side of the lamp mounted to the wall. A thick, curved tube runs through it, with a cup-shaped bowl at the end, and a cup-shaped lampshade mounted underneath. The lamp shown in Figure 4—i.e., a low floor lamp—is characterized by an inverted, flat, small bowl, with a small ball at the center. From the side of the bowl, a thick, curved tube runs, with a cup-shaped bowl at the end, and a cup-shaped lampshade mounted underneath. This lamp and its variants are part of the "Esprit Family" of lamps. List of industrial design variations: 1) fig. 1 - hanging lamp with three shades, 2) fig. 2 - hanging lamp with five shades, 3) fig. 3 - wall lamp, 4) fig. 4 - low floor lamp. An important feature of the design shown in Fig. 3 is that: - in the center of the flat disk, which is the side of the lamp attached to the wall, there is a small ball, through which runs a thick, bent tube with a cup-shaped bowl at the end, under which the cup-shaped lampshade is mounted. An important feature of the design shown in Fig. 4 is that: - it is an inverted, flat, small bowl, in the center of which there is a small ball, - from the side of the bowl, there is a thick, bent tube with a cup-shaped bowl at the end, under which the cup-shaped lampshade is mounted.
