Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw lamp oswietleniowych. Istota wzorów stanowiacych zestaw, przejawia sie w nietypowym ksztalcie poszczególnych jego elementów, które róznia sie od dotychczas znanych wzorów lamp: - wyszukanym wzorem metalowych elementów lampy, - ciekawym ksztaltem kloszy. Zestaw lamp oswietleniowych przedstawiony zostal na fotografiach, na których fig.l - przedstawia lampe wiszaca z piecioma kloszami, fig.2 - ilustruje lampe wiszaca z trzema kloszami, fig.3 - lampe stojaca, natomiast fig.4 - przedstawia kinkiet. Lampa pokazana na fotografii fig.l - tj. lampa wiszaca z piecioma kloszami charakteryzuje sie tym, ze w górnej czesci posiada element w ksztalcie pólkuli, z której wyprowadzona zostala krótka, pionowa rurka, laczaca sie nastepnie z lancuchem o zblizonej dlugosci. Lampa pokazana na fotografii fig.3 - tj. lampa stojaca - charakteryzuje sie tym, ze jej podstawe stanowi element o ksztalcie odwróconej miseczki, z której srodka wyprowadzono fantazyjnie wygiete ramie lampy, na której znajduje sie skierowany w dól klosz lampy. Rurka ta, w jej górnej czesci obwinieta jest cienka rurka, imitujaca ksztaltem lodyge zakonczona sercowatymi listkami. Klosz lampy skierowany jest w dól i ma ksztalt lekko splaszczonego, nie do konca zwinietego rulonu o nieregularnych brzegach - miedzy pionowymi brzegami klosza widoczna jest podluzna szczelina. Lampa pokazana na fotografii fig.4 - tj. kinkiet - charakteryzuje sie tym, ze przylegajacy do sciany element lampy stanowi lampy stanowi dysk. Z jego srodkowej czesci zostalo wyprowadzone fantazyjnie powyginane ramie lampy, wokól którego opleciona jest cienka rurka imitujaca ksztaltem lodyge, zakonczona po obu stronach sercowatymi listkami. Klosz lampy, skierowany jest w dól i ma ksztalt lekko splaszczonego, nie do konca zwinietego rulonu o nieregularnych brzegach - miedzy pionowymi brzegami klosza widoczna jest podluzna szczelina. Opisany zestaw lamp nosi nazwe „Louvre". The essence of the designs constituting the set is manifested in the unusual shape of its individual elements, which differ from previously known lamp designs: - the sophisticated pattern of the lamp's metal elements, - the interesting shape of the lampshades. The set of lighting lamps is presented in photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows a pendant lamp with five lampshades, Fig. 2 illustrates a pendant lamp with three lampshades, Fig. 3 a floor lamp, and Fig. 4 a wall lamp. The lamp shown in Fig. 1, i.e., a pendant lamp with five lampshades, is characterized by a hemispherical element in its upper section, from which extends a short, vertical tube that then connects to a chain of similar length. The end of the lamp's chain is attached to a flat, wide bowl, from the bottom of which extends a wavy tube decorated with curved and braided thinner tubes imitating stems with heart-shaped leaves. The aforementioned sleeve connects to a flattened sphere, at the bottom of which a decorative element imitating several clustered leaves is attached. From the flattened sphere, at even intervals, extend five wavy lamp arms: a tube with a lampshade at its end, and a thicker, wavy tube decorated with a curved and braided thinner tube imitating stems with heart-shaped leaves. Each lampshade points downward and takes the shape of a slightly flattened, not-fully-rolled roll with irregular edges—a longitudinal gap is visible between the vertical edges of the shade. The lamp shown in Fig. 2—a hanging lamp with three shades—is characterized by a hemispherical element in its upper section, from which extends a short, vertical tube, which then connects to a chain of similar length. The end of the lamp's chain is attached to a flat, wide bowl, from the bottom of which extends a wavy tube decorated with curved and braided thinner tubes imitating stems with heart-shaped leaves. The aforementioned sleeve connects to a flattened sphere, at the bottom of which a decorative element imitating several leaves gathered together is attached at its center. From the flattened sphere, three wavy lamp arms extend at equal intervals. These arms consist of a tube, at the end of which the lampshade is placed, and a thicker, wavy tube decorated with a curved and braided thinner tube imitating stems with a heart-shaped leaf. Each lampshade points downward and has the shape of a slightly flattened, not-fully-rolled roll with irregular edges – a longitudinal gap is visible between the vertical edges of the lampshade. The lamp shown in Fig. 3—a floor lamp—is characterized by its base in the shape of an inverted bowl, from the center of which extends an imaginatively curved lamp arm, on which rests a downward-pointing lampshade. This tube, at its upper end, is wrapped with a thin tube, imitating the shape of a stem and topped with heart-shaped leaves. The lampshade points downward and has the shape of a slightly flattened, not-fully-rolled roll with irregular edges—a longitudinal slit is visible between the vertical edges of the lampshade. The lamp shown in Fig. 4—a wall lamp—is characterized by the disk-shaped element adjacent to the wall. From its central section extends a fancifully curved lamp arm, around which is wrapped a thin tube imitating the shape of a stem, terminating in heart-shaped leaves on both ends. The lampshade, directed downward, has the shape of a slightly flattened, not-fully-rolled roll with irregular edges – a longitudinal slit is visible between the vertical edges of the shade. The described set of lamps is called "Louvre." An important feature of the design shown in Fig. 3 is that: - its base is an element in the shape of an inverted bowl, from the center of which a fancifully curved lamp arm is protruding, on which there is a lampshade pointing downwards, - this tube, in its upper part, is wrapped with a thin tube imitating the shape of a stem ending with heart-shaped leaves, - the lampshade points downwards and has the shape of a slightly flattened, not fully rolled-up roll with irregular edges - a longitudinal gap is visible between the vertical edges of the lampshade. A significant feature of the design shown in Fig. 4 is that: - the lamp's wall mount is a disc-shaped element; - from its central part, a fancifully curved lamp arm extends, around which a thin, coiled tube imitating the shape of a stem, topped with heart-shaped leaves on both sides, wraps; - this thin, stem-like tube is attached at its mid-length to the previously mentioned lamp arm, on which the lamp shade is mounted. The lamp shade points downward and has the shape of a slightly flattened, not-fully-rolled roll with irregular edges; a longitudinal gap is visible between the vertical edges of the shade.
