Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw lamp oswietleniowych. Istota zestawu jest nowa postac poszczególnych elementów zestawu, przejawiajaca sie w ich oryginalnym, ksztalcie i subtelnej kolorystyce. Lampy te, róznia sie od dotychczas znanych wzorów lamp: - niezwykle oryginalnym ksztaltem kloszy, - wyszukanym wzorem metalowych elementów lampy. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony zostal na barwnych fotografiach, na których fig. 1 - przedstawia lampe wiszaca z trzema kloszami - w widoku z boku, fig. 2 - ilustruje lampe wiszaca z piecioma kloszami - w widoku z boku, fig. 3 - przedstawia niska lampe stojaca - w widoku skosnie z boku, fig. 4 - kinkietu - w widoku z boku. The essence of the set is the novelty of the individual elements, manifested in their original shape and subtle color scheme. These lamps differ from previously known lamp designs in: - the exceptionally original shape of the lampshades, - the sophisticated pattern of the lamp's metal elements. The industrial design is presented in color photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows a side view of a hanging lamp with three lampshades; Fig. 2 illustrates a side view of a hanging lamp with five lampshades; Fig. 3 shows a low floor lamp in an oblique side view; and Fig. 4 shows a side view of a wall lamp. The lamp shown in Figure 1 – i.e., a hanging lamp with three shades – is characterized by its upper part having an element in the shape of an inverted bell, from the center of which a hook-shaped handle extends, from which the most decorative part of the lamp is suspended, i.e., a bent tube in the shape of an interrupted number "8," and below that a ball. Three tubes resembling a flower stem are placed at equal intervals around the ball, with their ends profiled downward. Attached to the upper part of each tube is a shorter, upwardly bent tube, on which a lampshade is placed, shaped like a rectangular piece of loosely hanging fabric. The individual elements of the lamp are made of brass-colored metal, but they can also be made of other colored metals, including matte ones. The glass shades, however, contain three colors mixed together irregularly: white, orange, and beige, but they can equally be replaced with shades of a different color and shape. The lamp shown in Figure 2—a hanging lamp with five shades—is characterized by an inverted bell-shaped element in the upper part, from the center of which extends a hook-shaped handle, from which hangs the lamp's most decorative part, a bent tube in the shape of a broken number "8," and below that a sphere. Around the sphere are placed at equal intervals five tubes resembling a flower stem, with their ends curved downward. Attached to each tube, at its upper end, is a shorter, upward-curving tube, on which sits a lampshade resembling a rectangular piece of loosely hanging fabric. The individual lamp elements are made of a shiny, brass-colored material, but can also be made of other colored metals, including matte ones.
