Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest naczynie szklane lampionu nagrobnego. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie jego powierzchni zewnetrznej , ukladzie linii i barwie, które nadaja przedmiotowi swoisty i oryginalny wyglad. Wzór przemyslowy uwidoczniono na rysunku i fotografiach , na których fig. 1 przedstawia rysunek naczynia szklanego w pólprzekroju i pólwidoku z boku, a fig.2 do fig. 7 przedstawiaja fotografie lampionu w widoki aksonometrycznym z przodu w szesciu odmianach wykonania od pierwszej odmiany do szóstej odmiany odpowiednio. Zakonczenie górnej czesci naczynia stanowi szyjka walcowa z dwoma pólkulistymi pierscieniami na obwodzie. Na powierzchni czesci górnej z przodu i tylu naczynia ma przetloczenia w postaci trzech galazek z owalnymi listkami, z których srodkowa galazka usytuowana jest pionowo , a boczne galazki nachylone sa w przeciwne strony. Dolna czesc naczynia ma powierzchnie chropowata, której górna krawedz ma ksztalt ostrych wystepów stozkowych polaczonych lukowo u podstawy. Naczynie szklane lampionu wykonane jest ze szkla bezbarwnego. Naczynia szklane w kolejnych odmianach od drugiej do szóstej róznia sie od naczynia szklanego wedlug pierwszej odmiany wzoru barwa szkla, z którego sa wykonane. Naczynie szklane w drugiej odmianie wedlug wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma barwe zólta. Naczynie szklane w trzeciej odmianie wedlug wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzuje sie tym , ze ma barwe czerwona. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the object, manifested in the shape of its external surface, the arrangement of lines, and the color, which give the object a unique and original appearance. The industrial design is presented in drawings and photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows a drawing of the glass vessel in half-section and a half-side view, while Figs. 2 to 7 present photographs of the lantern in axonometric front views in six variants, from the first variant to the sixth variant, respectively. The first industrial-style glass lantern vessel is characterized by a cylindrical base with a semicircular ring, which expands upwards into a spherical surface to a height of approximately one-third of the vessel, where it transitions through a conical sill into a truncated cone with a convex arc-shaped cone. The upper part of the vessel terminates in a cylindrical neck with two hemispherical rings around its circumference. The upper surface of the vessel, at the front and back, is embossed with three branches with oval leaves, the central branch being vertical, and the side branches tilting in opposite directions. The lower part of the vessel has a rough surface, the upper edge of which is shaped like sharp conical protrusions connected by an arc at the base. The glass lantern vessel is made of colorless glass. Glass vessels in the subsequent varieties, from the second to the sixth, differ from the glass vessel in the first variety of design by the color of the glass from which they are made. Glass vessels in the second variety of industrial design are characterized by their yellow color. Glass vessels in the third variety of industrial design are characterized by their red color. Glass vessels in the fourth variety of industrial design are characterized by their blue color. Glass vessels in the fifth variety of industrial design are characterized by their pink color. The sixth variation of the industrial design is characterized by its green color. The essential features of the first variation of the industrial design are that the glass vessel has a cylindrical base with a semicircular ring, which expands upwards into a spherical surface to a height of approximately one-third of the glass vessel, where it transitions through a conical threshold into a truncated cone with a convex arc-shaped cone. The upper part of the vessel ends with a cylindrical neck with two semicircular rings around its circumference. The upper surface of the vessel, at the front and back, is embossed with three branches with oval leaves, the central branch being vertical, and the side branches sloping in opposite directions. The lower part of the vessel has a rough surface, the edge of which is shaped like sharp conical protrusions connected by an arc at the base. The glass vessel of the lantern is made of colourless glass, as shown in the attached drawings and photographs Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. The essential features of the glass vessel in the subsequent variants from the second to the sixth differ from the glass vessel according to the first variant of the design in the colour of the glass, as shown in the attached photographs Fig. 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7.
