Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw lodów. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie oraz ukladzie linii i barw fragmentów jego powierzchni. Zestaw zawiera trzy elementy, z których kazdy jest oddzielna odmiana wzoru. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 jest rysunkiem przekroju jego pierwszej odmiany, fig. 2 rysunkiem przekroju drugiej- odmiany wzoru, a fig. 3 jest rysunkiem przekroju jego trzeciej odmiany, poza tym fig. 4 jest widokiem w perspektywie pierwszej odmiany wzoru, fig. 5 widokiem w perspektywie jego drugiej odmiany, a fig. 6 jest widokiem w perspektywie trzeciej odmiany wzoru, natomiast fig 7 jest fotografia przekroju pierwszej odmiany wzoru, fig. 8 fotografia przekroju jego drugiej odmiany, a fig. 9 jest fotografia przekroju trzeciej odmiany wzoru, ponadto fig. 10 jest fotografia pierwszej odmiany wzoru, fig. 11 fotografia jeg o drugiej odmiany, a fig. 12 jest fotografia trzecie j odmiany wzoru. Powierzchnia przekroju lodów ma cztery sloje, przy czym liczac od góry pierwszy slój jest koloru jasno zóltego, drugi rózowego, a trzeci slój ma kolor bialy, natomiast czwarty slój ma kolor brazowy, poza tym na powierzchni sloju trzeciego widniejia nieregularne plamy w odcieniach zólci, brazui koloru pomaranczowego. Lody wedlug drugiej odmiany wzoru maja ksztalt pólkuli z niewielkim splaszczeniem powierzchni kulistej, usytuowanym naprzeciw plaszczyzny podstawy. Powierzchnie zewnetrzna i przekroju sa koloni bialego z nieregularnie rozmieszczonymi plamami w odcieniach zólci, brazu i koloni pomaranczowego. Lody wedlug trzeciej odmiany wzoru maja ksztalt póHcuH z niewielkim splaszczeniem powierzchni kulistej, usytuowanym naprzeciw plaszczyzny podstawy. Powierzchnia przekroju lodów jest podzielona na trzy staje, przy czym sloje zewnetrzne sa koloru brazowego, a powierzchnia sloju wewnetrznego jest biala, poza tym na powierzchni staju trzeciego widnieja nieregularne plamy w odcieniach zólci, brazu i koloru pomaranczowego. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the object, aimed at aesthetic purposes, manifested in its shape and the arrangement of lines and colors of its surface fragments. The set contains three elements, each of which is a separate variation of the design. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrative material, in which Fig. 1 is a cross-sectional drawing of its first variant, Fig. 2 is a cross-sectional drawing of its second variant, and Fig. 3 is a cross-sectional drawing of its third variant. Fig. 4 is a perspective view of the first variant, Fig. 5 is a perspective view of its second variant, and Fig. 6 is a perspective view of the third variant, while Fig. 7 is a photograph of a cross-section of the first variant, Fig. 8 is a photograph of a cross-section of its second variant, and Fig. 9 is a photograph of a cross-section of the third variant. Furthermore, Fig. 10 is a photograph of the first variant, Fig. 11 is a photograph of its second variant, and Fig. 12 is a photograph of the third variant. Ice cream according to the first variant of the design have the shape of a hemisphere with a slight flattening of the spherical surface located opposite the plane of the base. The cross-sectional surface of the ice cream has four jars. Counting from the top, the first jar is light yellow, the second pink, the third jar white, and the fourth jar brown. Furthermore, the surface of the third jar is marked with irregular spots in shades of yellow, brown, and orange. The ice cream in the second pattern has a hemispherical shape with a slightly flattened spherical surface located opposite the base plane. The outer and cross-sectional surfaces are white colonies with irregularly distributed spots in shades of yellow, brown, and orange colonies. The ice cream in the third pattern has a hemispherical shape with a slightly flattened spherical surface located opposite the base plane. The cross-sectional area of the ice cream is divided into three stages, with the outer rings being brown and the inner ring being white. Furthermore, the surface of the third stage has irregular spots in shades of yellow, brown, and orange.
