PRZEDMIOTEM WZORU PRZEMYSLOWEGO JEST LAMPION NAGROBNY. Znany z polskiego opisu wzór zdobniczy Rz. 17079 lampion w postaci bryly obrotowej ma podstawe utworzona z walca i osadzonego na nim stozka scietego. Lampion w postaci bryly obrotowej wedlug wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzuje sie tym, ze dolna czesc lampionu ma ksztalt stozka z powierzchnia zewnetrzna slimakowa zakonczony od dolu pierscieniem o wypuklym na zewnatrz, a górna czesc stozka slimakowego zakonczona jest pierscieniem wkleslym. Lampion wykonany jest ze szkla bezbarwnego i w kolorach: czerwony, zielony, zólty, bordowy, ciemnoniebieski. PL PLTHE SUBJECT OF THE INDUSTRIAL DESIGN IS A TOMB LANTERN. Known from the Polish design, Rz. 17079, the lantern in the form of a solid of revolution has a base formed by a cylinder and a truncated cone mounted on it. The lantern in the form of a solid of revolution, according to the industrial design, is characterized by the lower part of the lantern having a conical shape with a spiral-shaped outer surface, terminating at the bottom in a ring convex outward, while the upper part of the spiral cone terminates in a concave ring. The concave ring is supported by an inverted cone, with convex vertical teardrops along its circumference. The upper part of the lantern is a rotating cylinder, widened in the center and terminating in a wavy surface. The subject of the design is shown in a drawing and photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows a side view of a lantern, Fig. 2 shows a side view of a red glass lantern, Fig. 3 shows a side view of a green glass lantern, Fig. 4 shows a side view of a yellow glass lantern, Fig. 5 shows a side view of a burgundy glass lantern, Fig. 6 shows a side view of a dark blue glass lantern, Fig. 7 shows a side view of a colorless glass lantern. The essential features of the industrial design are a new form of the object manifested in the shape, surface properties, and color of the lantern, which has a lower part in the shape of a cone with a spiral surface, topped at the top with an inner ring on which is mounted an inverted cone topped with a rotating cylinder in the upper part with a wavy surface. The lantern is made of clear glass and comes in the following colors: red, green, yellow, burgundy, and dark blue.
