Istota wzorów jest nowa postac lichtarzy, przejawiajaca sie w ich oryginalnym ksztalcie, które w odróznieniu od dotychczas spotykanych stanowia: - elementy przypominajace ksztaltem kielichy o staranie dobranych proporcjach obwodowych wciec i wypuklosci. Zestaw lichtarzy przedstawiony zostal na rysunkach, na których fig.l - przedstawia lichtarz podstawowy pokazany w widoku z boku, fig. la - przedstawia ten sam lichtarz pokazany w widoku perspektywicznym z boku, fig. 2 - przedstawia lichtarz rozbudowany w widoku z boku, fig. 2a - przedstawia ten sam lichtarz w widoku perspektywicznym z boku, fig. 3 - przedstawia barwna fotografie lichtarza podstawowe- go, natomiast fig. 4 - przedstawia barwna fotografie lichtarza rozbudowanego. Lichtarz podstawowy pokazany na rysunkach fig. lil a oraz na fotografii fig. 3 - stanowi górna, kielichowa czesc, która zweza sie niewielkim uskokiem, a nastepnie dwoma lagodnie wyprofilowanymi uskokami i przechodzi w smukla nózke kielicha. Nózka ta ozdobiona jest w swej srodkowej czesci pierscieniem. Natomiast w swej dolnej czesci nózka kielicha rozszerza sie lagodnie i wspiera na podstawce w postaci odwróconej miseczki. Lichtarz rozbudowany pokazany na rysunkach fig. 2 i 2a oraz na fotografii fig. 4 - stanowi górna, kielichowa czesc, która zweza sie niewielkim uskokiem, a nastepnie lagodnie przechodzi w przewezenie. Ponizej opisanego przewezenia widoczne sa kolejnonastepujace elementy: ozdobny dysk, sciety stozek oraz kolejny ozdobny dysk, które zostaly lagodnie wyprofilowane i tworza lacznie ozdobna nózke kielicha. Nózka ta wspiera sie na kilku odwróconych i ulozonych na sobie miseczkach, z których dolna ma najwieksza srednice, zas srednice kolejnych pozostalych ulozonych na niej miseczek stopniowo sie zmniejszaja. Oba opisane elementy zestawu lichtarzy moga zostac wykonana zarówno w kolorze zlotym, srebrnym, jak i w innych metalicznych i niemetalicznych kolorach. Wyka z elementów zestawu wzorów przemyslowych: 1) wzór „lichtarz podstawowy" - rysunki fig. 1 i la oraz na fotografia fig. 3, 2) wzór „lichtarz rozbudowany" - rysunek fig. 2 i 2a oraz na fotografia fig. 4. Cech e istotna wzoru przedstawionego na rysunkach fig. 1 i la oraz na fotografii fig. 3 stanowi to, ze: - stanowi go górna, kielichowa czesc, która zweza sie niewielkim uskokiem, a nastepnie dwoma lagodnie wyprofilowanymi uskokami i przechodzi w smukla nózke kielicha, przy czym - nózka kielicha ozdobiona jest w swej srodkowej czesci pierscieniem, natomiast - w swej dolnej czesci nózka kielicha rozszerza sie lagodnie i wspiera na podstawce w postaci odwróconej miseczki. Cech e istotna wzoru przedstawionego na rysunkach fig. 2 i 2a oraz na fotografii fig. 4 stanowi to, ze: - stanowi go górna, kielichowa czesc, która zweza sie niewielkim uskokiem, a nastepnie lagodnie przechodzi w przewezenie, przy czym - ponizej opisanego przewezenia widoczne sa kolejno nastepujace elementy: ozdobny dysk, sciety stozek oraz kolejny ozdobny dysk, które zostaly lagodnie wyprofilowane i tworza lacznie ozdobna nózke kielicha, - nózka kielicha wspiera sie na kilku odwróconych i ulozonych na sobie miseczkach, z których dolna ma najwieksza srednice, zas srednice kolejnych pozostalych ulozonych na niej miseczek stopniowo sie zmniejszaja.Fig. 1 Fig. 1a Fig. 2 Fig. 2aFig.3 Fig.4 PL PL PLSet of Candlesticks The subject of the industrial design is a set of candlesticks. The essence of the designs is the new form of the candlesticks, manifested in their original shape, which, unlike previously encountered ones, consists of: - elements resembling the shape of goblets with carefully selected proportions of circumferential indentations and convexities. The set of candlesticks is presented in drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the basic candlestick shown from a side view, Fig. 1a shows the same candlestick shown in a side perspective view, Fig. 2 shows the expanded candlestick shown from a side view, Fig. 2a shows the same candlestick in a side perspective view, Fig. 3 shows a color photograph of the basic candlestick, and Fig. 4 shows a color photograph of the expanded candlestick. The basic candlestick, shown in Figures 1 and 2, and in Photograph 3, consists of an upper, cup-shaped section that narrows with a small step, then two gently contoured steps, transitioning into a slender stem. This stem is decorated in its central section with a ring. In its lower section, the stem gently widens and rests on a base in the form of an inverted bowl. The extended candlestick, shown in Figures 2 and 2a, and in Photograph 4, consists of an upper, cup-shaped section that narrows with a small step, then transitions gently into a narrowing. Below the narrowing described above, the following elements are visible: a decorative disc, a truncated cone, and another decorative disc, which are gently contoured and together form the decorative stem of the chalice. This stem rests on several inverted and stacked bowls, the lower of which has the largest diameter, while the diameters of the remaining bowls stacked on top of it gradually decrease. Both elements of the candlestick set described above can be made in gold, silver, and other metallic and non-metallic colors. List of elements of the set of industrial designs: 1) the "basic candlestick" design - drawings fig. 1 and 1a and photograph fig. 3, 2) the "extended candlestick" design - drawing fig. 2 and 2a and photograph fig. 4. The essential feature of the design shown in drawings fig. 1 and 1a and photograph fig. 3 is that: - it consists of an upper, cup-shaped part, which narrows with a small step, and then with two gently profiled steps and turns into a slender cup stem, wherein - the cup stem is decorated with a ring in its central part, while - in its lower part the cup stem expands gently and is supported on a base in the form of an inverted cup. The essential feature of the design shown in the drawings Fig. 2 and 2a and in the photograph Fig. 4 is that: - it consists of an upper, cup-like part, which narrows with a small step and then gently turns into a narrowing, and - below the described narrowing, the following elements are visible in sequence: a decorative disc, a truncated cone and another decorative disc, which have been gently profiled and together form a decorative stem of the cup, - the stem of the cup is supported by several inverted and stacked cups, of which the lower one has the largest diameter, while the diameters of the remaining cups placed on it gradually decrease.
