Dla lepszego zobrazowania cech istotnych wzoru, poszczególne odmiany lampy z abazurem w desen przedstawione zostaly na zalaczonych fotografiach. Odmiana lampy przedstawiona na fig.l charakteryzuje sie tym, ze abazur ma ksztalt smuklej rury o przekroju poprzecznym pierscieniowym, jednakowym na calej jejwysokosci. Abazur wykonany jest z onyksu lub innego kamienia naturalnego lub materialu imitujacego kamien , którego powierzchnia ma desen zlozony z plam, zylek i miejscowych przebarwien, charakterystyczny dla kamieni naturalnych, zas przeswiecajaca struktura pozwala uzyskac zaskakujace efekty swietlne, a rodzaj powstalego oswietlenia ma wyjatkowo wysublimowany charakter. Abazur osadzony jest w metalowym cylindrze o powierzchni metalicznej, uksztaltowanej w pierscieniowe rowki i wypusty, zespolonym wspólosiowo z podstawa, , która ma ksztalt plaskiego kola o srednicy w przyblizeniu 2,5 razy wiekszej niz srednica zewnetrzna abazuru . Podstawa ma powierzchnie gladka, metaliczna. Druga odmiana lampy przedstawiona na fig. 2 jest analogiczna do lampy przedstawionej na fig. 1, z tym , ze górna czesc abazuru jest zwienczona azurowym elementem ozdobnym o powierzchni metalicznej, zlozonym z kilku pierscieni metalowych ze soba zespolonych . Dolny pierscien elementu ozdobnego usytuowany jest na koncówce abazuru, zas pozostale znajduja sie nad abazurem. Trzecia odmiana lampy przedstawiona na fig.3 charakteryzuje sie tym, ze abazur ma ksztalt smuklej rury w ksztalcie bryly obrotowej, której tworzaca ma ksztalt wkleslego luku , a jego srednica jest zróznicowana wzdluz calej wysokosci. Abazur ma najwieksza srednice u dolu, przy podstawie lampy, po czym zmniejsza sie ona lagodnie ku górze, az do okolo 2/3 wysokosci lampy gdzie osiaga najmniejszy wymiar i dalej znowu leciutko sie zwieksza ku górze. Abazur wykonany jest z onyksu lub innego kamienia naturalnego lub z materialu imitujacego kamien , którego powierzchnia ma desen zlozony z plam, zylek i miejscowych przebarwien, charakterystyczny dla kamieni naturalnych, zas przeswiecajaca struktura pozwala uzyskac zaskakujace efekty swietlne, a rodzaj powstalego oswietlenia ma wyjatkowo wysublimowany charakter.Oprawa abazuru ma ksztalt stozka scietego o stosunkowo niewielkiej wysokosci ,o gladkiej metalicznej powierzchni i stanowi jednoczesnie podstawe lampy Lampa przedstawiona na fig. 4 jest analogiczna do lampy pierwszej odmiany wedlug fig. 1 z tym, ze abazur ma powierzchnie jednobarwna. Lampa przedstawiona na fig. 5 jest analogiczna do lampy drugiej odmiany wedlug fig. 2 z tym, ze abazur ma powierzchnie jednobarwna. The industrial design is a decorative lighting lamp intended for illuminating residential interiors, terraces, and yacht interiors. The novelty and individual character of the industrial design object are reflected in its shape, line arrangement, surface properties, and material structure. The lamp is characterized by a lampshade in the shape of a slender tube with an annular cross-section and a diameter-to-height ratio of approximately 1:12.5. The lamp is made of a material with a translucent structure, onyx or other natural stone, a material imitating stone, or glass, while the base is ring-shaped and made of metal. The industrial design, in three variations, is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the first variation of the lamp with a patterned lampshade; Fig. 2 shows the second variation of the lamp with a patterned lampshade; Fig. 3 shows the third variation of the lamp with a patterned lampshade; Fig. 4 shows the first variation of the lamp with a single-colored lampshade; Fig. 5 shows the second variation of the lamp with a single-colored lampshade; Fig. 6 shows the third variation of the lamp with a single-colored lampshade. To better illustrate the essential features of the design, individual variations of the lamp with a patterned lampshade are shown in the attached photographs. The lamp variation shown in Fig. 1 is characterized by a lampshade in the shape of a slender tube with an annular cross-section that is uniform throughout its height. The lampshade is made of onyx or another natural stone or stone-imitating material, whose surface has a pattern of spots, veins, and localized discoloration characteristic of natural stones. Its translucent structure allows for surprising lighting effects, and the resulting illumination is exceptionally sublime. The lampshade is set in a metal cylinder with a metallic surface, shaped into annular grooves and protrusions, coaxially connected to the base, which is a flat circle with a diameter approximately 2.5 times greater than the outer diameter of the lampshade. The base has a smooth, metallic surface. The second lamp variant, shown in Fig. 2, is analogous to the one in Fig. 1, except that the upper portion of the lampshade is topped with an openwork decorative element with a metallic surface, composed of several interconnected metal rings. The lower decorative ring is located at the tip of the lampshade, while the remaining rings are located above the lampshade. The third lamp variant, shown in Fig. 3, is characterized by the lampshade being a slender tube in the shape of a solid of revolution, the generatrix of which is shaped like a concave arc, and its diameter varies along its entire height. The lampshade has its greatest diameter at the bottom, at the lamp's base, after which it decreases gently upward until it reaches its smallest dimension at about two-thirds of the lamp's height, where it then increases slightly upward again. The lampshade is made of onyx or another natural stone or a material imitating stone, whose surface has a pattern composed of spots, veins, and localized discolorations characteristic of natural stones. The translucent structure allows for surprising lighting effects, and the resulting lighting is exceptionally sublime. The lampshade has the shape of a truncated cone of relatively low height, with a smooth metallic surface, and also constitutes the base of the lamp. The lamp shown in Fig. 4 is analogous to the first lamp variant shown in Fig. 1, except that the lampshade has a single-color surface. The lamp shown in Fig. 5 is analogous to the second lamp variant shown in Fig. 2, except that the lampshade has a single-color surface. The lamp shown in Fig. 6 is analogous to the third variant of the lamp shown in Fig. 3, except that the lampshade has a single-color surface. The essential features of the industrial design are the characteristic, slender shape of the lamp, the translucent structure of the material from which the lampshade is made (natural stone) and the properties of its surface with a pattern composed of spots, veins and local discolorations, characteristic of natural stones, as well as the shape of the grooved surface of the mounting cylinder and the shape of the ring-shaped decorative element at the top of the lamp.
