Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie produktu, zwlaszcza foremek na muffiny. Opakowanie charakteryzuje sie nowa i indywidualna postacia, nadana mu przez ksztalt, uklad linii i kolorystyke. Opakowanie bedace przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego ma ksztalt szesciennego pudelka wykonanego z jednej czesci arkusza materialu z wycietym panelem - okienkiem w ksztalcie zblizonym do prostokata, usytuowanym poziomo w centralnej czesci sciany frontowej oraz przylegajacych do niej scian bocznych opakowania, przy czym w scianach bocznych panel zajmuje tylko czesc miejsca siegajaca prawie do polowy centralnej czesci tych scian. Panel ten powoduje, ze foremki na muffiny znajdujace sie wewnatrz opakowania sa w tym panelu widoczne. W prawym górnym rogu na scianie frontowej, na scianach bocznych i topie opakowania znajduje sie logo firmowe. Na scianie frontowej pod panelem znajduje sie duzy napis FOREMKI NA MUFFINY w kolorze czarnym, a pod nim mniejszymi drukowanymi literami wykonano napis ULATWIAJA PIECZENIE równiez w kolorze czarnym. Na bocznych scianach opakowania znajduja sie kolorowe ilustracje foremek na muffiny umieszczone jedna w drugiej. Na kazdej z tych scian w prawym górnym rogu znajduje sie logo firmowe, po lewej stronie logo znajduja sie napisy FOREMKI w kolorze czarnym, pod nimi znajduja sie napisy NA MUFFINY w kolorze szarym, a pod tymi napisami mniejszymi drukowanymi literami wykonano napisy ULATWIAJA PIECZENIE w kolorze czarnym. Na lewej scianie bocznej opakowania pod ww. napisami i logo znajduja sie polaczone ze soba podluzne, waskie kolorowe pasy przeznaczone do zamieszczania na nich napisów informacyjnych. Opakowanie jest otwierane od góry poprzez podniesienie topu opakowania i zamykane poprzez opuszczenie topu i zatkniecie odpowiednio zagietej jego czesci do wewnatrz przedniej sciany opakowania. Na topie opakowania w prawym górnym rogu znajduje sie logo firmowe a centralnie umieszczony jest wykonany duzymi literami napis FOREMKI w kolorze czarnym, pod nim nieco mniejszymi literami wykonany jest napis NA MUFFINY w kolorze szarym, pod którym znajduje sie jeszcze wykonany malymi literami drukowanymi napis ULATWIAJA PIECZENIE w kolorze czarnym. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na rysunku w formie siatki rozlozonego opakowania - fig. 1. Fig. 2 przedstawia widok siatki opakowania ze znajdujacymi sie na nim elementami slownymi i graficznymi, a fig. 3 przedstawia widok opakowania z widocznymi przez panel umieszczonymi wewnatrz foremkami na muffiny. The packaging is characterized by a new and individual form, given to it by the shape, arrangement of lines and colors. The packaging that is the subject of the industrial design has the shape of a cubic box made of one part of a sheet of material with a cut-out panel - a window in the shape of a rectangle, located horizontally in the central part of the front wall and the adjacent side walls of the packaging, wherein in the side walls the panel takes up only a part of the space reaching almost half of the central part of these walls. This panel makes the muffin tins inside the packaging visible in this panel. In the upper right corner on the front wall, on the side walls and on the top of the packaging there is a company logo. On the front wall under the panel there is a large inscription MACHINES FOR MUFFINS in black, and under it in smaller block letters there is the inscription MAKES BAKING easier, also in black. On the side walls of the packaging there are colorful illustrations of muffin tins placed one inside the other. On each of these walls in the upper right corner there is the company logo, on the left side of the logo there are the inscriptions MACHINES in black, under them there are the inscriptions MACHINES FOR MUFFINS in gray, and under these inscriptions in smaller block letters there are the inscriptions MACHINES FOR MUFFINS in black. On the left side wall of the packaging under the above inscriptions and logo there are interconnected longitudinal, narrow colorful strips intended for placing information inscriptions on them. The packaging is opened from the top by lifting the top of the packaging and closed by lowering the top and plugging the appropriately bent part of it inside the front wall of the packaging. On the top of the packaging in the upper right corner there is the company logo and in the center there is the inscription FOREMKI in black capital letters, below it in slightly smaller letters there is the inscription NA MUFFINY in gray, below which there is also the inscription ULATWIAJA PIECZENIE in black capital letters. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing in the form of a grid of an unfolded packaging - fig. 1. Fig. 2 shows a view of the grid of the packaging with the verbal and graphic elements on it, and fig. 3 shows a view of the packaging with the muffin molds placed inside visible through the panel.
