Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik na odpady, zwlaszcza segregowane, umieszczany glównie w pomieszczeniach mieszkalnych czy tez uzytecznosci publicznej i tym podobnych. Nowa postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie. Wzór przemyslowy bedacy przedmiotem ochrony przedstawiony jest na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia odmiane I pojemnika na odpady w widoku perspektywicznym, z kolei w analogicznym ujeciu na fig. 2 i fig. 3 przedstawiono odmiane II i III tego pojemnika, które zawieraja odpowiednio trzy i cztery komory na odpady. Fig. 4, fig. 5 i fig. 6 przedstawiaja pojemniki na odpady pokazane na fig. 1, 2 i 3 wyposazone w podporowe nózki i stanowia odpowiednio odmiane IV - fig. 4, odmiane V - fig. 5 oraz odmiane VI - fig. 6. Kolejne odmiany pojemnika na odpady przedstawiono na fig. 7 - odmiane VII, fig. 8 - odmiane VIII i fig. 9 - odmiane IX, które stanowia pojemniki pokazane na fig. 1, 2 i 3 wyposazone w podpory z kóleczkami ulatwiajacymi zmiane ich polozenia. Pojemnik na odpady stanowiacy I odmiane wzoru przemyslowego, jak to przedstawiono na fig. 1 posiada ksztalt prostopadloscianu scietego, wewnetrznie podzielonego na dwie komory 1 i 2, którego górna sciana 3 jest pochylona w kierunku sciany frontowej 4. W górnej scianie 3 nad kazda z komór 1 i 2 wykonane sa otwory wsypowe 5 i 6, w których sa przegubowo zamocowane pokrywy 7 i 8. Z kolei w scianie frontowej 4 znajduja sie prostokatne otwory 9 i 10, w których usytuowane sa drzwi 11 i 12 polaczone z konstrukcja pojemnika przegubowo. Drzwi te sa wyposazone w uchwyty 13 i 14. Podobnie pokrywy 7 i 8 posiadaja uchwyty 15 i 16 do ich otwierania. II odmiane pojemnika na odpady jak to pokazano na fig. 2 stanowi, podobnie jak w pierwszej odmianie prostopadloscian sciety o odpowiednio wiekszej dlugosci, którego wewnetrzna przestrzen podzielona jest na trzy komory: 17, 18 i 19. Kazda z tych komór skomunikowana jest z przestrzenia zewnetrzna poprzez otwory 20, 21 i 22 w górnej, ukosnej scianie 23 z pokrywami 24, 25 i 26 oraz drzwi 27, 28 i 29 w scianie frontowej 30. III odmiana wzoru przemyslowego zostala przedstawiona na fig. 3. Wewnetrzna przestrzen pojemnika na odpady zostala podzielona na cztery komory 31, 32, 33 i 34 z otworami wsypowymi i drzwiami analogicznie jak w odmianie II. IV, V i VI odmiane wzoru przemyslowego stanowia pojemniki na odpady zgodne z odmianami I, II i III wyposazone w nózki 35 jak to przedstawiono na fig. 4, fig. 5 i fig. 6. Z kolei odmiany VII, VIII i IX przedstawione na fig. 7, fig. 8 i fig. 9 stanowia pojemniki zgodne z odmianami I, II i III wyposazone w kólka 36 ulatwiajace ich przemieszczanie. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Pojemnik na odpady, bedacy przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego, przedstawiony na fig. 1 - 3, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze: ? Ma ksztalt scietego prostopadloscianu, którego górna sciana jest pochylona w kierunku sciany frontowej. ? Poza tym w górnej scianie, w strefie komór na które podzielona jest wewnetrzna przestrzen pojemnika na odpady wykonane sa otwory wsypowe w których sa przegubowo zamontowane pokrywy, natomiast w scianie frontowej w prostokatnych otworach równiez usytuowanych w strefie wymienionych komór sa umieszczone drzwi polaczone z konstrukcja pojemnika przegubowo. ? Pokrywy w górnej scianie jak równiez drzwi w scianie frontowej sa wyposazone w uchwyty do ich otwierania. Odmiany IV, V i VI pojemnika na odpady przedstawione na fig. 4-6 charakteryzuja sie tym, ze pojemniki zgodnie z odmianami I, II i III sa wyposazone w nózki. Odmiany VII, VIII i IX pojemnika na odpady przedstawione na fig. 7-9 charakteryzuja sie tym, ze pojemniki zgodne z odmianami I, II i III sa wyposazone w kólka ulatwiajace ich przemieszczanie. The industrial design subject to protection is shown in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows variant I of the waste container in a perspective view, while in a similar view, Figs. 2 and 3 show variants II and III of this container, which contain three and four waste chambers, respectively. Fig. 4, Fig. 5 and Fig. 6 show the waste containers shown in Fig. 1, 2 and 3 equipped with supporting legs and constitute, respectively, variant IV - Fig. 4, variant V - Fig. 5 and variant VI - Fig. 6. Further variants of the waste container are shown in Fig. 7 - variant VII, Fig. 8 - variant VIII and Fig. 9 - variant IX, which constitute the containers shown in Fig. 1, 2 and 3 equipped with supports with wheels facilitating the change of their position. The waste container constituting the first variant of the industrial design, as shown in Fig. 1, has the shape of a truncated cuboid, internally divided into two chambers 1 and 2, the upper wall 3 of which is inclined towards the front wall 4. In the upper wall 3, above each of the chambers 1 and 2, there are filling openings 5 and 6, in which the covers 7 and 8 are pivotally mounted. In turn, in the front wall 4, there are rectangular openings 9 and 10, in which the doors 11 and 12 are located, pivotally connected to the container structure. These doors are equipped with handles 13 and 14. Similarly, the covers 7 and 8 have handles 15 and 16 for opening them. The second variant of the waste container as shown in Fig. 2 is, similarly to the first variant, a truncated cuboid of a correspondingly greater length, the internal space of which is divided into three chambers: 17, 18 and 19. Each of these chambers is connected with the external space through openings 20, 21 and 22 in the upper, diagonal wall 23 with covers 24, 25 and 26 and doors 27, 28 and 29 in the front wall 30. The third variant of the industrial design is shown in Fig. 3. The internal space of the waste container is divided into four chambers 31, 32, 33 and 34 with filling openings and doors analogously to the second variant. Variations IV, V and VI of the industrial design are waste containers consistent with variations I, II and III equipped with legs 35 as shown in Fig. 4, Fig. 5 and Fig. 6. In turn, variations VII, VIII and IX shown in Fig. 7, Fig. 8 and Fig. 9 are containers consistent with variations I, II and III equipped with wheels 36 to facilitate their movement. Essential features of the industrial design The waste container, which is the subject of the industrial design, shown in Figs. 1-3, is characterized in that: ? It has the shape of a truncated cuboid, the upper wall of which is inclined towards the front wall. ? In addition, the upper wall, in the area of the chambers into which the internal space of the waste container is divided, contains filling openings with hinged lids. The front wall, in rectangular openings also located within the aforementioned chambers, houses doors connected to the container structure by hinges. The lids in the upper wall and the doors in the front wall are equipped with handles for opening them. Waste container variants IV, V, and VI, shown in Figs. 4-6, are characterized by the fact that containers in accordance with variants I, II, and III are equipped with legs. Waste container variants VII, VIII, and IX, shown in Figs. 7-9, are characterized by the fact that containers in accordance with variants I, II, and III are equipped with wheels for easy movement.
