Znane sa powszechnie butelki do napojów alkoholowych, majace korpus o ksztalcie cylindrycz- nym, z szyjka przypominajaca w przyblizeniu sciety stozek, posiadajace zewnetrzna powierzchnie przezroczysta badz matowa, a czasami chropowata. W czesci frontowej butelki - powyzej jej czesci cylindrycznej, w miejscu, w którym nastepuje przewezenie korpusu w czesc szyjkowa - rozmieszczony jest wypukly asymetryczny element zdobni- czy, charakteryzujacy sie gietka, plynna, ruchliwa, wijaca sie linia, stylizowany na secesyjny ornament roslinny. Na obwodzie butelki - w jej czesci cylindrycznej, rozmieszczone sa cztery fantazyjne, emboso- wane (wypukle), asymetryczne zdobienia o swobodnym ukladzie kompozycji. Wszystkie zdobienia charakteryzuja sie, (podobnie jak motyw umieszczony w czesci szyjkowej butelki), gietka, plynna, ruchliwa, wijaca sie dluga linia, stylizowana na secesyjny ornament roslinny, przy czym niektóre ze zdobien zakonczone sa spiralnie skreconymi liniami. W widoku od frontu butelki - w jej czesci cylindrycznej - znajduja sie dwa pionowe, niesyme- trycznie rozmieszczone po bokach motywy zdobnicze. Element zdobniczy przy prawym boku lagodnie wije sie pionowo ku górze, natomiast w swej górnej czesci odchyla sie lekko w lewo, by nastepnie fantazyjnie, spiralnie skrecic w prawa strone. Z kolei element zdobniczy z lewej strony stanowi linia w przyblizeniu prosta, na dole lukowo lagodnie zakrzywiona do srodka, od góry zalamana i w przybli- zeniu w poziomie wklesla, przypominajaca ksztaltem lewa krawedz zarysu tarczy herbowej lub ry- cerskiej. W widoku od lewej strony butelki - w jej czesci cylindrycznej - z prawej strony widoczny jest wczesniej opisany pionowy element zdobniczy przypominajacy ksztaltem lewa krawedz zarysu tarczy herbowej badz rycerskiej. Z kolei z lewego boku, w jego górnej czesci, widoczny jest asymetryczny element fantazyjny o charakterystycznej dynamicznej, wielokrotnie poskrecanej, gietkiej linii przypomi- najacej motyw roslinny. Bottles for alcoholic beverages are commonly known, having a cylindrical body, with a neck resembling an approximately truncated cone, having a transparent or matt, and sometimes rough outer surface. Some of the known bottles have decorations in various forms, e.g. in the form of convex edges, concave edges, recesses, inscriptions, ornaments, drawings embossed on the surface, whereby the decorative elements may be arranged on one side of the bottle or on two sides opposite each other, such as registered community industrial designs RCD-000835376, RCD-000316807 and RCD-001092738, and may also be placed on the circumference of the bottle, both in the part constituting the body and the neck, such as the bottle constituting community design RCD-002019869. The essence of an industrial design is a new form of the bottle having an individual character, manifested in its decoration and ornamentation. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, of which Fig. 1 shows the bottle in a frontal view, Fig. 2 - in a view from the left side, Fig. 3 - in a view from the back, and in the drawing Fig. 4 - in a view from the right side. The bottle according to the industrial design has a body of a known cylindrical shape with a neck resembling approximately a truncated cone, which gradually reduces its diameter towards the threaded head constituting the upper end of the neck. The bottle is made of transparent glass and has characteristic convex decorations (reliefs) and inscriptions, obtained by known methods. In the front part of the bottle - above its cylindrical part, in the place where the body narrows into the neck part - there is a convex asymmetrical decorative element, characterized by a flexible, fluid, mobile, winding line, stylized as an Art Nouveau plant ornament. On the circumference of the bottle - in its cylindrical part, there are four fanciful, embossed (convex), asymmetrical decorations with a free composition arrangement. All decorations are characterized by (similarly to the motif placed in the neck part of the bottle), a flexible, fluid, mobile, winding long line, stylized as an Art Nouveau plant ornament, with some of the decorations ending with spirally twisted lines. In the front view of the bottle - in its cylindrical part - there are two vertical, asymmetrically arranged decorative motifs on the sides. The decorative element on the right side gently winds vertically upwards, while in its upper part it deviates slightly to the left, and then turns fancifully, spirally to the right. In turn, the decorative element on the left side is an approximately straight line, at the bottom gently curved inwards in an arc, broken at the top and approximately concave horizontally, resembling in shape the left edge of the outline of a heraldic or knightly shield. In the view from the left side of the bottle - in its cylindrical part - on the right side is visible the previously described vertical decorative element resembling in shape the left edge of the outline of a heraldic or knightly shield. In turn, on the left side, in its upper part, is visible an asymmetrical fanciful element with a characteristic dynamic, repeatedly twisted, flexible line resembling a plant motif. In the view from the back of the bottle - in its cylindrical part - two decorative elements are visible arranged in a diagonal arrangement (diagonally), while both the element from the upper part of the right side and the element from the lower part of the left side have characteristic, dynamic, multiple spirally twisted, flexible lines, reminiscent of plant motifs, stylized as Art Nouveau ornaments. In the view from the right side of the bottle - in its cylindrical part - two decorative elements are visible. One of the elements is arranged in the lower part on the right side and has dynamic, flexible lines, with one spirally twisted line, reminiscent of plant motifs. The second element arranged on the left side gently winds vertically upwards, while in its upper part it deviates slightly to the left, and then fancifully, spirally turns to the right. In the lower part of the cylindrical body, at approximately 1/5 of the height of this part above the bottom of the bottle, above the line of a slight bulge of the body, in the front part of the circumference there is the inscription "Premium Beer". The inscription is entirely convex, made in small characters, except for the first letters of both words, made in capital characters, in fancy, slanted (italic), two-element script, with serifs. The bottle according to the industrial design is made of transparent glass, has the known shape of a cylinder with a neck resembling approximately a truncated cone, the diameter of which decreases towards the threaded head constituting the upper end of the neck and has convex decorations and inscriptions placed around the circumference of the bottle, while in the place of narrowing of the body in the neck part there is a convex asymmetrical decorative element, characterized by a flexible, fluid, mobile, winding line, stylized as Art Nouveau plant ornament, while in the lower part of the body, at a height of approximately 1/5 of the height of the cylindrical part above the bottom of the bottle, above the line of a slight bulge of the body, in the front part of the circumference there is a convex inscription "Premium Beer". 2. On the circumference of the bottle - in its cylindrical part, there are four fanciful, embossed (convex), asymmetrical decorations with a free arrangement of the composition. All decorations are characterized by a flexible, fluid, mobile, winding long line, stylized as Art Nouveau plant ornament. 3. Three of the decorations end with spirally twisted lines. 4.
