Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka szklana do napojów alkoholowych. Znane butelki szklane do napojów alkoholowych oprócz elementu wyrózniajacego jakim jest etykieta, coraz czesciej posiadaja oryginalne ksztalty czy grawerunki, stanowiace swoista jakosc estetyczna i stanowiace samodzielny wyróznik. Dzieki temu latwo jest wybrac napój alkoholowy po charakterystycznym, oryginalnym wygladzie butelki. Butelka szklana do napojów alkoholowych wedlug wzoru wykonana jest z przezroczystego szkla, posiada ksztalt lekko zwezajacy sie do dolu. Dno butelki jest wykonane w postaci wyraznego, obwodowego poszerzenia, przy czym dno jest wklesle. W dnie wykonany jest wklesly pozycjoner biegnacy do srodka dna a sluzacy do ustawienia butelki w odpowiedniej pozycji do etapu etykietowania, dzieki czemu etykiety czolowe i tylne naklejane sa tasmowo na pozadanym miejscu. Butelka wedlug wzoru charakteryzuje sie tym, ze pod szyjka butelki znajduje sie zachodzacy na górna czesc butelki ozdobny, wyrazny wystep, który na scianach bocznych, pozbawionych etykiet, ma ksztalt luku, którego wygiecie skierowane jest ku górze, natomiast na scianie czolowej i tylnej luk ten zakonczony jest dwiema liniami o lagodnym przebiegu, zbiegajacymi sie ku dolowi i ku sobie. Na scianie przedniej, przeznaczonej na glówna etykiete wyrobu, miedzy liniami tworzacymi pogrubienie butelki, umieszczony jest wypukly grawerunek, przedstawiajacy tarcze z zapalonym zniczem. Pod tarcza znajduje sie zawinieta z dwóch stron wstega. Wokól tarczy umieszczone sa fantazyjne, splatane motywy roslinne przypominajace liscie. Z tylu butelki,miedzy liniami tworzacymi pogrubienie butelki, umieszczony jest wypukly grawerunek, przedstawiajacy czteroramienna gwiazde, w której tle znajduje sie kolo. Miedzy kazdym ramieniem gwiazdy znajduja sie po trzy promienie, przy czym kazdy srodkowy promien zakonczony jest grotem a pozostale zakonczone sa owalnymi, malymi ozdobnikami. In addition to the distinctive label, well-known glass bottles for alcoholic beverages increasingly feature original shapes or engravings, constituting a distinctive aesthetic quality and a distinctive feature in their own right. This makes it easy to choose an alcoholic beverage based on the bottle's distinctive, original appearance. The glass bottle for alcoholic beverages, as designed, is made of transparent glass and has a shape that tapers slightly towards the bottom. The bottom of the bottle is designed with a distinct, circumferential widening, with the bottom being concave. A concave positioner extends into the center of the bottom and serves to position the bottle in the correct position for labeling, allowing the front and back labels to be taped to the desired location. The bottle, according to the design, is characterized by a distinctive, decorative protrusion extending from the neck of the bottle to the top. On the side walls, devoid of labels, it has the shape of an arc, curving upwards. On the front and back walls, this arc terminates in two gentle lines that converge downwards and towards each other. On the front wall, intended for the main label, a raised engraving depicting a shield with a lit candle is placed between the lines forming the bottle's bulge. Beneath the shield is a ribbon wrapped on both sides. Around the shield are fanciful, interwoven plant motifs resembling leaves. On the back of the bottle, between the lines forming the bulge, a raised engraving depicting a four-pointed star with a circle in the background is placed. Between each arm of the star are three rays, with each central ray ending in an arrowhead, and the remaining rays ending in small, oval ornaments.
