The new and original form of the industrial design is evident in its graphic, color, and word layout, particularly in the features of the lines, contours, shape of the label elements, and its colors. The industrial design is shown in the attached illustration showing the cheese packaging label from a top view. According to the industrial design, the label is rectangular in shape, with two rectangular elements placed side by side on a yellow-gold background. The first one shows a red book cover with the inscription in the central part: "SENATOR" written in large, bold white letters, and below it in the lower part the inscription: "For the connoisseur" also written in much smaller, partly stylized white letters. Above and below the word "SENATOR" there are yellow-gold profile relief elements, identical in shape but different in size, the outer ones of which resemble fragments of horizontally placed letters "S" and the inner ones situated under the outer ones constitute two wavy lines, the ends of which of the larger, more curved rays are connected to each other at an obtuse angle, which are located between both elements of the outer relief, while the sides of this cover are surrounded by straight lines in yellow-gold. The ends of the vertical lines are bent perpendicularly to the inside of the cover with short yellow-gold lines, transforming into profile reliefs directed upwards, while the ends of the horizontal lines also transform into analogous profile reliefs directed downwards, so that the elements similar to the spiral profile of these reliefs are situated opposite each other. The second rectangular element of the label is also a graphic, colour and word arrangement, consisting of a piece of yellow cheese in a circular shape with circular holes in a perspective view, placed on a blue background and its shades, obscured in the lower left corner by part of a cross-sectioned tomato in red and its shades, and obscured in its upper corner by a tomato fruit with a short stem and green leaves, while in the upper corner on a blue background there is a circular element surrounded by an annular element with external teeth on its circumference in yellow and gold, constituting an imitation of the sun.
