PL 27224 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest medal – wystepujacy w trzech odmianach, majacych wspólne cechy istotne. Sa to: medal zloty, medal srebrny i medal brazowy. Poszczególne odmiany odróznia jedynie ich kolor. Cechy istotne wzoru przejawiaja sie w jego ksztalcie i ukladzie elementów graficznych. Wzór posiada jedynie awers, bez rewersu. W centralnej czesci wzoru widnieja napisane wielkimi literami slowa „GOOD VEGE". Slowo „GOOD" jest napisane mniejsza czcionka i znajduje sie nad slowem „VEGE". Slowo „VEGE" oddzielaja od pozostalej czesci wzoru poziome linie, przy czym linie górna przerywa slowo „GOOD". W górnej czesci wzoru widnieja slowa „WYBÓR EKSPERTÓW", tworzace luk wzdluz krawedzi medalu. Pomiedzy slowami „WYBÓR EKSPERTÓW" a „GOOD" zamieszczone jest przedstawienie dwulistnej roslinki, której lodyga wije sie nieregularnie, nachodzac na slowo „GOOD VEGE" W dolnej czesci, medalu wedlug wzoru, znajduja sie trzy romboidalne elementy graficzne powtarzajace luk wzdluz dolnej krawedzi wzoru. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku zbiorczym, na którym: fig. 1 – przedstawia medal w kolorze zlotym w ujeciu perspektywicznym, fig. 2 – przedstawia medal w kolorze srebrnym w ujeciu perspektywicznym, a fig. 3 – przedstawia medal w kolorze brazowym w ujeciu perspektywicznym. These are: a gold medal, a silver medal, and a bronze medal. The individual varieties are distinguished only by their color. The essential features of the design are visible in its shape and the arrangement of graphic elements. The design has only an obverse, without a reverse. In the central part of the design appear the words "GOOD VEGE" in capital letters. The word "GOOD" is written in a smaller font and appears above the word "VEGE." The word "VEGE" is separated from the rest of the design by horizontal lines, with the upper line interrupting the word "GOOD." At the top of the design appear the words "WYBÓR EKSPERTÓW" (EXPERTS' CHOICE), forming an arc along the edge of the medal. Between the words "WYBÓR EKSPERTÓW" and "GOOD" there is a representation of a two-leafed plant, the stem of which winds irregularly, overlapping the word "GOOD VEGE". In the lower part of the medal according to the design, there are three rhomboid graphic elements repeating the arc along the lower edge of the design. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached collective drawing, in which: fig. 1 – shows a gold medal in perspective, fig. 2 – shows a silver medal in perspective, and fig. 3 – shows a brown medal in perspective.
