PL 23140 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest medal – wystepujacy w trzech odmianach, majacych wspólne cechy istotne, zobrazowanych na zalaczonej ilustracji. Sa to: medal zloty (Fig. 1), medal srebrny (Fig. 2) i medal brazowy (Fig. 3). Poszczególne odmiany odróznia jedynie ich kolor. Cechy istotne wzoru Nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wzoru przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie i ukla- dzie elementów graficznych. Wzór posiada jedynie awers, bez rewersu. W centralnej czesci wzoru widnieja napisane wielki- mi literami slowa „GOOD CHEESE" na tle o nieregularnej fakturze. Slowo „GOOD" jest sformulowane mniejsza czcionka i znajduje sie nad slowem „CHEESE". Slowo „CHEESE" oddzielaja od pozostalej czesci wzoru poziome linie, przy czym linie górna przerywa slowo „GOOD", a dolna – stylizowana gomólka sera z wycietym kawalkiem. W górnej czesci wzoru widnieja slowa „PROFESJONALNY KONKURS SERA", tworzace luk wzdluz jego krawedzi, a w dolnej czesci – slowa „Polski Kongres Serowarski". Wzór okolony jest uwypuklonym konturem i zawiera element graficzny, skladajacy sie z trzech figur polaczonych linia, umieszczony pod napisem „Polski Kongres Serowarski". These are: a gold medal (Fig. 1), a silver medal (Fig. 2) and a bronze medal (Fig. 3). The individual varieties are distinguished only by their colour. Essential features of the design The new and individual form of the design is manifested in its shape and arrangement of graphic elements. The design has only an obverse, without a reverse. In the central part of the design, the words "GOOD CHEESE" are written in capital letters on a background with an irregular texture. The word "GOOD" is written in a smaller font and is located above the word "CHEESE". The word "CHEESE" is separated from the rest of the design by horizontal lines, with the upper line interrupted by the word "GOOD" and the lower line by a stylized cheese ball with a piece cut out. In the upper part of the design, the words "PROFESJONALNY KONKURS CHERA" appear, creating an arc along its edge, and in the lower part - the words "Polski Kongres Serowarski". The design is surrounded by a raised contour and contains a graphic element consisting of three figures connected by a line, placed under the inscription "Polski Kongres Serowarski".
