Modul fotelowy Wzór przemyslowy dotyczy postaci zewnetrznej modulu fotelowego, bedacego rozkladana jednostka meblowa zestawiana w rzedy rozlacznie lub nierozlacznie, wypelniajace przestrzen w salach audytoryjnych, konferencyjnych, wykladowych itp. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac modulu fotelowego, nadana zwlaszcza przez ksztalt zewnetrzny i kolorystyke, jak równiez jego zestawienia z sasiadujacymi modulami. Wzór przemyslowy dotyczy dwóch odmian rózniacych sie podlokietnikami. Moze byc mocowany na powierzeniach wypoziomowanych lub pochylych. Do podloza mocowane sa prostopadle dwie czesci boczne, pelniace zarówno funkcje nóg jak'i oparc bocznych. Kazda czesc boczna jest w ksztalcie graniastoslupa o podstawie niskiego prostokata. Przeciwlegla wzgledem podloza czesc tego graniastoslupa jest lukowata lub moze byc plaska i pokryta jest stosownie lukowato wygietym lub plaskim podlokietnikiem o jednolitej grubosci. Obie czesci boczne polaczone sa z tylu kubelkowatym oparciem, wystajacym do góry. Patrzac na modul od przodu, na wysokosci, gdzie koncza sie podlokietniki, w obiciu znajduje siecharakterystyczna bruzda, biegnaca koncami od jednego do drugiego podlokietnika, co sprawia wrazenia jakby cale oparcie, i z przodu i z tylu tj. na tzw. piecach, bylo dzielone na dwie czesci, lub skladalo sie z dwóch czesci. Powyzej charakterystycznej bruzdy oparcie jest szersze nachodzi na czesci, na których zamontowane sa podlokietniki, co poglebia wrazenie podzielenia oparcia zarówno z przodu jak i z tylu. W okolicy polowy wysokosci czesci bocznych zamocowane jest obrotowe siedzisko, którego srodek ciezkosci lezy w obszarze osi obrotu. Moduly fotelowe produkowane sa w sposób przemyslowy. Wykonane sa z materialów powszechnie stosowanych w przemysle meblarskim. Moga byc w kolorze jednolitym, na przyklad w odcieniu niebieskim albo czerwonym, wzglednie róznokolorowe. W najkorzystniejszym wykonaniu maja podlokietniki drewniane lub z tworzywa sztucznego, a tapicerke pokryta ekologicznym materialem elastycznym. Przy polaczeniu modulów w rzad, oparcia modulów stykaja sie tworzac patrzac z góry ksztalt przypominajacy falowana linie, ale moze tez miedzy nimi wystepowac przerwa. Moduly fotelowe i wszystkie ich elementy skladowe moga byc w calosci lub czesciowo tapicerowane. Moduly fotelowe moga wystepowac równiez w wersjach, gdzie niektóre elementy skladowe sa a inne nie sa tapicerowane. Odmiana 2 Modul fotelowy w odmianie 2 rózni sie od wersji glównej, przedstawionej w odmianie 1, ksztaltem podlokietników, które posiadaja zmienny przekrój. Górna powierzchnia kazdego podlokietnika jest oplywowo wygieta i zakonczona z przodu fotela splaszczona galka uformowana z dolu w rodzaj nawisu. Wszystkie zewnetrzne krawedzie podlokietnika sa zaokraglone lub lagodnie sfazowane. Moduly fotelowe wedlug wzoru, po ustawieniu w rzedy o linii prostej lub dowolnej, przylegaja do siebie, tworza oryginalne wypelnienia wnetrz lub przestrzeni otwartych. Przy zestawieniu w rzad nierozlaczny noga i podlokietnik wewnetrzny sa wspólne dla sasiadujacych modulów tak, ze powstaje rzad modulów polaczonych ze soba poprzez pojedynczy podlokietnik w srodku. Modul fotelowy moze byc stosowany równiez pojedynczo, jako mebel wolnostojacy.Cechami istotnymi wzoru przemyslowego we wszystkich jego odmianach sa czesci boczne tworzace nogi, posiadajace ksztalt prostopadloscianów o podstawie niskiego prostokata oraz oparcie, w którym patrzac na modul od przodu, na wysokosci, gdzie koncza sie podlokietniki, w obiciu znajduje sie charakterystyczna bruzda, biegnaca od jednego do drugiego podlokietnika a oparcie powyzej linii podlokietników jest szersze. Cecha istotna pierwszej odmiany sa podlokietniki w postaci plaskich lub lekko lukowato wygietych nakladek odpowiadajacych obrysom górnych krawedzi czesci bocznych; cecha istotna drugiej odmiany sa podlokietniki w postaci nakladek ksztaltowych, z wygieta powierzchnia górna, wystajace z przodu i zachodzace nawisami na czesci boczne.Fig. 1Fig. 2Fig.3Fig. 4Fig. 5Fig. 6Fig. 7 PLArmchair Module The industrial design covers the external form of an armchair module, which is a fold-out furniture unit arranged in rows, either detachably or inseparably, filling the space in auditoriums, conference halls, lecture halls, etc. The essence of the design is the new form of the armchair module with an individual character, given particularly by the external shape and colors, as well as its combination with adjacent modules. The industrial design covers two variants differing in armrests. The subject of the design is presented in the illustrations, in which Fig. 1 shows the armchair module in the first variant, in the folded state, in a front view; Fig. 2 - the module according to Fig. 1 in a rear perspective view; Fig. 3 - the armchair module in the second variant in the unfolded state, in a side view; Fig. 4 - the module in the first variant, in the unfolded state, in a side view; Fig. 5 - collective illustrations of both variants; Fig. 6 - illustrations of connecting modules in a non-separable row in a straight line and Fig. 7 - illustrations of connecting modules in a non-separable row "in an arc". Variation 1 The module standing individually or in rows is attached to the ground. It can be mounted on level or inclined surfaces. Two side parts are attached perpendicularly to the ground, serving as both legs and side support. Each side part is in the shape of a prism with a low rectangular base. The part of this prism opposite the ground is arched or may be flat and is covered with an appropriately curved or flat armrest of uniform thickness. Both side parts are connected at the back with a bucket-shaped backrest protruding upwards. Viewing the module from the front, at the height where the armrests end, there is a characteristic groove in the upholstery, running from one armrest to the other. This creates the impression that the entire backrest, both front and rear, i.e., the so-called "pies," is divided into two parts, or consists of two parts. Above this characteristic groove, the backrest is wider and overlaps the sections on which the armrests are mounted, deepening the impression of a divided backrest at both the front and rear. A swivel seat is mounted about halfway up the side sections, its center of gravity located at the axis of rotation. The armchair modules are industrially manufactured and made of materials commonly used in the furniture industry. They can be solid colored, for example, in shades of blue or red, or multicolored. The most attractive versions feature wooden or plastic armrests and an upholstery covered with an eco-friendly, flexible material. When modules are joined in a row, the backrests of the modules meet, creating a wavy line when viewed from above, although there may also be a gap between them. The armchair modules and all their components can be fully or partially upholstered. Armchair modules are also available in versions where some components are upholstered and others are not. Variation 2: The armchair module in Variation 2 differs from the main version, presented in Variation 1, in the shape of the armrests, which have a variable cross-section. The upper surface of each armrest is streamlined and terminates at the front of the seat with a flattened knob, formed at the bottom, like an overhang. All outer edges of the armrest are rounded or gently chamfered. The armchair modules, when arranged in straight or random rows, adhere to each other, creating unique accents for interiors or open spaces. When arranged in a row, the inseparable leg and inner armrest are shared by adjacent modules, creating a row of modules connected by a single central armrest. The armchair module can also be used individually, as a free-standing piece of furniture. Essential features of the industrial design in all its variations are the side sections forming the legs, which have the shape of cuboids with a low rectangular base, and the backrest, in which, when viewed from the front, at the height where the armrests end, there is a characteristic groove in the upholstery running from one armrest to the other, and the backrest is wider above the armrest line. A significant feature of the first variety is the armrests in the form of flat or slightly arched overlays corresponding to the outline of the upper edges of the side sections; a significant feature of the second variety is the armrests in the form of shaped overlays, with a curved upper surface, protruding from the front and overlapping the side sections with overhangs.
