Zastrzezenie patentowe Sposób wytwarzania nowych pochodnych china- zoliny o ogólnym wzorze 1, w którym R2 oznacza 30 atom wodoru lub nizsza grupe alkilowa, X ozna¬ cza grupe -CH =CH-, Y znajduje sie w pozycji 3 lub 4 pierscienia C i oznacza grupe o wzorze -CH2COR3, w którym R3 oznacza nizszy rodnik alkilowy lub alkoksylowy, albo Y oznacza grupe 35 o wzorze -CH2CONR6R7 lub -CH2CSNR6R7, w któ¬ rych to wzorach R6 i R7 oznaczaja atomy wodoru lub nizsze rodniki alkilowe, znamienny tym, ze pochodna chinazoliny o ogólnym wzorze 2, w któ¬ rym R2 ma wyzej podane znaczenie, Z oznacza 40 grupe -/CH2/2- lub -/CH2/3-, poddaje sie reakcji z fosfonianem o wzorze 3 lub 4, w których to wzorach Y ma wyzej podane znaczenie, Alk ozna¬ cza nizszy rodnik alkoksylowy, a Ar oznacza niz¬ szy rodnik aryloksylowy, po czym otrzymany zwia- 45 ' zek o wzorze 1 ewentualnie przeprowadza sie zna¬ nym sposobem w addycyjna sól z farmakologicz¬ nie dopuszczalnym kwasem.103 798 &v R20 ^ H wzór 1 6 (Alk).
