Abstract
La presente invencion se refiere a los campos tecnicos de ingenieria genetica y bioinformatica, en particular, a un metodo para crear un nuevo gen en un organismo en ausencia de un molde de ADN artificial y uno de sus usos. El metodo comprende generar simultaneamente rupturas de ADN en dos o mas sitios especificos diferentes en el genoma del organismo, en donde los sitios especificos son sitios genomicos capaces de separar diferentes elementos geneticos o diferentes dominios de proteina, y las rupturas de ADN se ligan entre si a traves de la union de extremos no homologos (NHEJ) o reparacion homologa para generar una nueva combinacion de los diferentes elementos geneticos o diferentes dominios de proteina que es diferente de la secuencia del genoma original, de este modo se crean un nuevo gen. El nuevo gen de la invencion puede cambiar el crecimiento, desarrollo, resistencia, rendimiento y otros rasgos del organismo, y tiene gran valor de aplicacion
