Abstract
Referido a un procedimiento de obtencion de heparinas de bajo peso molecular (HBPM) con una distribucion de peso molecular medio de entre aproximadamente 3,0 y aproximadamente 5,0 KDa que comprende las siguientes etapas: a) proporcionar una solucion de heparina despolimerizada cruda con un rango de distribucion de cadenas oligosacaridicas de entre aproximadamente 0,6 a aproximadamente 10 KDa y una concentracion de heparina de hasta aproximadamente 4% p/v, y b) realizar al menos una etapa de concentracion mediante filtracion de flujo tangencial (TFF) en fase acuosa utilizando una membrana de menor o igual a 1 KDa de corte nominal hasta conseguir una concentracion de la heparina de hasta aproximadamente 25% p/v, proporcionando asi dicha HBPM; el procedimiento puede englobar otras etapas como la diafiltracion o el tratamiento con peroxido de hidrogeno.
