Abstract
a presente invenção refere-se, de modo geral, a um ácido hialurônico modificado (ha) e a um método para fabricar o mesmo, mais especificamente a um derivado de ha modificado por (poli)glicerol preparado enxertando-se glicidol em ha. a presente invenção também se refere ao uso do derivado de ha para preparar uma composição de preenchedor dérmico, um hidrogel que compreende ha reticulado e o derivado de ha modificado por (poli)glicerol e a um método para preparar o dito hidrogel. ademais, a presente invenção se refere ao uso do hidrogel como um produto cosmético e/ou estético, em particular como um preenchedor dérmico para preencher, substituir e/ou aumentar tecido.
