Abstract

La presente invencion se refiere a una bacteria de la especie Lactobacillus rhamnosus depositada como DSM32092, con la capacidad de inhibir el desarrollo fungico. La invencion se refiere, ademas, a composiciones que comprenden dicha bacteria y adicionalmente una bacteria de la especie Lactobacillus fermentum depositada como DSM32086. Tambien se refiere a metodos para la elaboracion de productos lacteos fermentados utilizando las bacterias, y los productos obtenidos de esta manera
