Abstract

Se refiere a compuestos derivados de azaquinolona de la formula general (I), donde A es A1 o A2; o es 0, 1, 2, 3 o 4; R es hidrogeno, halogeno, entre otros; X e Y se seleccionan independientemente del grupo que consiste en CR7R8, O, S y N-R9; o forman conjuntamente un miembro del anillo seleccionado del grupo que consiste en -C(O)-O-, -C(O)-NR9-, entre otros; T se selecciona de T1- T6; R1 es hidrogeno, ciano, -CHO, entre otros; R10 es hidrogeno, -OH, alquilo-C1-C4 y alcoxi-C1-C4; R11 es hidrogeno, alquilo-C1-C4 y alcoxi-C1-C4; o R10 y R11 forman, junto con el carbono al que estan unidos, un anillo de 3 a 6 miembros. Son compuestos preferidos: N-[(4S)-3,4-dihidro-2H-1-benzopiran-4-il]-4-(morfolin-4-il)-8-(2,3,5-trifluorofenil)-1,7-naftiridina-3-carboxamida; N-[(4S)-3,4-dihidro-2H-cromen-4-il]-4-(morfolin-4-il)-8-(2,3,5-trifluorofenil)-1,7-naftiridina-3-carboxamida, entre otros. Dichos compuestos interactuan eficazmente con los Slo-1 de los nematodos logrando su paralisis e inhibicion, siendo util en el tratamiento o prevencion de infecciones por helmintos gastrointestinales y extraintestinales. Tambien se refiere a una composicion farmaceutica que comprende dicho compuesto.
