Abstract

Se refiere a un polipeptido de hormona de crecimiento humana (hGH) modificado con un peptido terminal carboxi de la hormona gonadotropina corionica humana (CTP), donde dicho polipeptido comprende: a) dos CTP unidos al extremo carboxi de la hGH; y b) un CTP unido al extremo amino de la hGH. Dicho polipeptido comprende una secuencia de aminoacido SEC ID NO:7 y a su vez comprende glicosilaciones entre 13 y 18 sitios de glicosilacion unidos a O. Tambien se refiere a una composicion farmaceutica y a un procedimiento de obtencion de dicho polipeptido. Dicho polipeptido es util en el aumento y mantenimiento del nivel del factor de crecimiento similar a la insulina (IGF-1), crecimiento oseo, entre otros
