Abstract
Oppfinnelsen angår en totaktsmotor omfattende en motorramme (10) som danner en sylinder, og et stempel (16A) montert for resiproserende bevegelse i sylinderen. Motorrammen innbefatter videre et veivkassekammer (18A) og inn- løpsstrømpassasjerfor rå eller ny blanding, og som danner et veivkassekompre- sjonsarrangement. Sylinderen innbefatter en sylindervegg med en innløpsport (31 A) og en eksosport (33A). Stemplet er bevegelig i kompresjons- og forbren- ningsslagene mellom en topp-dødpunktstilling (TDP) og en bunn-dødpunktstilling (BDP) i sylinderen, og stemplet innbefatter et stempelskjørt. Bevegelse av stemp- let mot BDP-stilling åpner innløpsporten (31A) og eksosporten (33B), og ny blan- ding strømmer fra veivkassekammeret (18A) inn i sylinderen og spyler ut de for- brente gassene gjennom eksosporten. Når stemplet beveger seg mot topp- dødpunktstilling (TDP), vil innløpspassasjen åpnes og tillate ny blanding å strøm- me inn i veivkassekammeret (18A).
