Abstract
Termostabil xylanase som tilsetnings- stoff for dyreffir, hvor xylanasen er i stand til å tolerere oppvarming i ett minutt i vannbad innstilt på 95 "C uten vesentlig tap av aktivitet. En slik xylanase kan oppnås fra Microtetraspora flexuosa eller Thermomonospora fusca. Det tilveiebringes også en fortilsetning innbefattende en slik termostabil xylan- ase i kombinasjon med en fysiologisk akseptabel bærer som kan være et cereal eller være cerealbasert.
