Abstract

Fremgangsmåte ved smelting av silikatråstof- fer, spesielt ved fremstiling av mineralull, samt anordning for forvarming av råstoffblan- dingen. Ved tidligere fremgangsmåter og anordninger for smelting av silikatråstoffer er innsatsen for effektiv senkning av utslippsverdiene for stev, fluorider og klorider i karavgassene og for tilbakeføring av tilsatsstoffer i smelten relativt stor. Ifølge oppfinnelsen er det sørget for at for- varmingen av råstoffblandigen, rensingen av karavgassene og tilbakeføringen av forurens- ningene til smelten utføres samtidig som et integrert prosesstrinn og ved hjelp av den samme anordning, nemlig råstoff-forvarmeren (9). Herved anbringes over forvarmeren (9) en forrådssilo (27) for sorpsjonsmidler samt en doseringsanordning (28) for dosert tilsetning av sorpsjonsmidlet til en mottagerbeholder (12) for forvarmeren (9). Alternativt kan en væskebeholder (29) anbringes, samt et forstø- verorgan (31) for dosert innsprøytning av væske fra væskebeholderen (29) inn i mottager- beholderen (12).
