Description
"Nye herbicide midler"
Den foreliggende oppfinnelse angår verdifulle nye herbicider som inneholder blandinger av forskjellige virksomme stoffer.
Det er kjent at pyrazoliumsalter, dinitrofenolderivater, hydroksybenzonitriler, hydroksybenzaldoksimaryletere og benzotia-diazinondioksyder såvel som fenoksykarboksylsyrer har en herbicid virkning. Deres herbicide virkning er imidlertid ikke alltid til-strekkelig.
Det ble funnet at en blanding av
a) en forbindelse med formelen
hvor R betyr alkoksy, en eventuelt med halogen eller lavere alkyl substituert fenylrest, og/eller
b) en forbindelse med formelen
hvor R betyr lavere alkyl, R"*" betyr hydrogen og saltene, ;f. eks. ammonium-, natrium-, kalium-, litium-, kalsium-, mag-nesium-, etylamin-, dimetylamin-, [daetylamin-, dietanolamih-, etanolamin-, dimetyletanolamin-, trimetylamin-salter etc, og/ellSr ;c) en forbindelse med formelen; hvor X betyr klor, brom, jod, nitro, cyan, lavere alkyl, n har(verdier fra 0 til 3, R betyr hydrogen og saltene, for eksempel natriumsaltet eller litiumsaltet, -C-alkyl,

hvor X og Y betyr klor eller metyl, n. har verdier fra 0 til 3, R betyr hydrogen, lavere alkyl, m har verdier fra 0 til 2, R betyr alkyl, hydrogen og saltene, for eksempel natrium-, kalium-, dimetylamin-, dietanolamin-, dietylamin-salter, ;har en bedre herbicid virkning enn de enkelte virksomme stoffer. ;Blandingene kan inneholde en eller flere forbindelser med formelen a) og forbindelser med formlene b) , c)[. J>oq d) i blandings-forholdet 0,1 : 10 til 10 : 1 på vektsbasis henholdsvis 0,1-10 : 0,1-10 : 0,1-10. ;Den mengde som anvendes av midlene ifølge oppfinnelsen, kan variere. Den mengde som anvendes, avhenger hovedsakelig av arten av den ønskede effekt. Mengden ligger vanligvis mellom 0,1 og 30 eller mer, fortrinnsvis 0,2-6, kg virksomt stoff pr. hektar. Midlene ifølge oppfinnelsen kan blant annet anvendes før plantingen eller etter |at~~plåntené er kommet opp av jorden eller mens kulturplantene eller de uønskede planter er i ferd med å komme opp av jorden, og midlene kan påføres en eller flere ganger. ;Blandingene er egnet til å bekjempe uønskede planter i kulturer av nytteplanter som for eksempel Triticum aestivum, Hor-deum vulgare, Secale cereale,Zea mays, Solanum t&fcterosum, Pisum sativum, Phaseolus vulgaris, Oryza sativa, Glycine Max.Q ;Videre kan blandingene anvendes som totaimiddel ved graver, langs elver og bekker, langs jernbaneskinner, på øde flater etc. ;Blandinger av de følgende klasser av virksomme stoffer foretrekkes: aj +lb, a + c, a + d, a+b + c, a+b + d, a + c + d, ;b + c + d.;Anvendelsen kan eksempelvis skje i form av direkte sprøyt-bare løsninger, pulvere, suspensjoner eller dispersjoner, emulsjonerf,J oljedispersjoner, pastaer, støvformige midler, strømidlei/"/ og granulater, ved utsprøyting, forstøvning, utstrøing eller uthelling. AnvendeIsesformene retter seg helt etter anvendelsesformålet; man tar imidlertid alltid sikte på å oppnå en mest mulig fin foreling av de virksomme stoffer ifølge oppfinnelsen. ;For fremstilling av direkte sprøytbare løsninger, emulsjoner, pastaer og oljedispersjoner kan man bruke mineraloljefrak-sjoner med midlere til høyt kokepunkt, så som kerosin eller diesel-olje, ennvidere kulltjæreoljer etc, samt oljer av vegetabilsk eller animalsk opprinnelse, alifatiske/cykliske og aromatiske hydrokar-boner, som for eksempel benzen, toluen, xylen, paraffin, tetrahydro-nSftalin, alkylerte naftaliner eller deres derivater, for eksempel metanol, etanol, propanol, butanol, kloroform, karbontetraklorid, cykloheksanol, cykloheksanon, klorbenzen, isoforon etc, sterkt polare løsningsmidler som foreksempel dimetylformamid, dimetyl-sulfoksyd, N-metylpyrilidon, vann etc ;Vandige bruksformer kan fremstilles av emulsjonskon-sentrater, pastaer eller fuktbare pulvere (sprøytepulvere) eller oljedispersjoner ved tilsetning av vann. Ved fremstilling av emulsjoner, pastaer eller oljedispersjoner kan stoffene som sådanne eller løst i olje eller løsningsmiddel homogeniseres i vann ved hjelp av fukte-, klebe-, dispergerings- eller emulgeringsmidler. Det kan imidlertid også fremstilles konsentrater bestående av virksomt stoff, fukte-, klebe-, dispergerings- eller emulgeringsmidde1 og eventuelt løsningsmiddel eller olje, hvilke konsentrater er egnet til å for-tynnes med vann. ;Blant overflateaktive stoffer kan nevnes:;alkali-, jordalkali- eller ammoniumsalter av ligninsulfonsyre, naftalinsulfonsyrer, fenolsulfonsyrer, alkylarylsulfonater, alkylsul-fater,alkylsulfonater, alkali- og jordalkalisalter av dibutylnafta-linsulfonsyre, lauryletersulfat, fettalkoholsulfater, fettsure alkali- og jordalkalisalter, salter av sulfaterte heksadekanoler, heptadekanoler, oktadekanoler, salter av sulfatert fettalkoholgly-koleter, kondensasjonsprodukter av sulfonert naftalin og naftalin-derivater med formaldehyd, kondensasjonsprodukter av naftalin eller naftalinsulfonsyrer med fenol og formaldehyd, polyoksyetylenoktyl-fenoleter, etoksylert isooktylfenol, etoksylert oktylfenol, etoksylert nonylfenol, alkylfenolpolyglykoleter, tributylfenylpolyglykol-eter, alkylarylpolyeteralkoholer, isotridecylalkohol, fettalkohol- etylenoksyd-kondensater, etoksylert ricinusolje, polyoksyetylen-alkyleter, etoksylert polyoksypropylen, laurylalkoholpolyglykol-eteracetal, sorbitolester, lignin, sulfittavluter og metylcellu-lose. ;Pulver, strø- og støvformige midler kan fremstilles ved blanding eller sammaling av de virksomme stoffer med et fast bære-materiale. ;Granulater, for eksempel omhyllings-, impregnerings- og homogengranulater kan fremstilles ved bind|ing av de virksomme stoffer på faste bærematerialer. - H erbicid, karakterisert ved at det inneholder en blanding ava) en forbindelse med formelenhvor R betyr alkoksy, en eventuelt med halogen eller lavere alkyl substituert fenylrest, og/eller b) en forbindelse med formelenhvor R betyr lavere alkyl, R"*" betyr hydrogen og saltene, og/eller c) en forbindelse med formelenhvor X betyr klor, brom, jod, nitro, cyan, lavere alkyl, n har verdier fra 0 til 3, R betyr hydrogen og saltene,hvor R og R betyr hydrogen, lavere alkyl, en eventuelt substituert arylrest,hvor Y betyr klor, jod eller brom, og R1 betyr lavere alkyl, -C-alkyl, hydrogen og saltene, og/eller ii 0 d) en forbindelse med formelenellerhvor X og Y betyr klor, metyl, og n har verdier fra 0 til 3, R betyr hydrogen, lavere alkyl, m har verdier fra 0 til 2, og R^ betyr alkyl, hydrogen og saltene.
