Abstract
Description
Oppfinnelsen angår en arbeidsplattformsammenstilling for bruk i en tårnliknende bygning. The invention relates to a work platform assembly for use in a tower-like building.
When setting up a tower-like building, for example a pylon for a wind power installation, it is necessary i.a. also to carry out operations inside the tower-like building. For this purpose, a working platform assembly is typically attached to a crane and introduced from above into the tower-like building. However, this is only possible as long as the upper end of the tower-like building is open. As soon as this tower-like building is closed off upwards, it will no longer be possible to use a work platform assembly on a crane. As the pylon of a wind power installation can reach a height of, for example, 100 m, it can become difficult to carry out operations in the pylon.
På dette punkt skal det henvises generelt til følgende publikasjoner: DE 366 A, AT 203 033 og US No 1 652 403. I dokumentene JPS 52136412 A og AT 373018 A beskrives også arbeidsplattformsammenstillinger. On this point, general reference should be made to the following publications: DE 366 A, AT 203 033 and US No 1 652 403. The documents JPS 52136412 A and AT 373018 A also describe work platform assemblies.
It is an object of the invention to provide a working platform assembly which can be used in a tower-like building. This purpose is achieved by a work platform assembly for use in a tower-like building as stated in claim 1.
Thus, a working platform assembly is provided which can be used in a tower-like building, for example a pylon for a wind power installation. The work platform assembly has a scissor lattice-like support structure. A working platform is arranged on the supporting structure.
Accordingly, a work platform assembly adaptable to different cross-sections is provided. This is particularly important in connection with tower-like buildings whose cross-section tapers upwards, so that the accessible area from the work platform assembly will vary accordingly.
The invention is based on the idea of providing a scissor lattice-like support arrangement carrying structure for a work platform assembly which climbs up a tower or pylon as construction progresses and has a work platform assembly. Such a working platform assembly or an internal platform assembly can be advantageously used in connection with towers or pylons which are made of precast concrete parts.
The precast concrete parts are used to erect a tower or pylon of inner peripheral supports from which the platform assembly or parts thereof can hang. Preferably, these supports are placed at certain heights and distances. Holders can either be installed from the beginning in the pre-cast concrete parts or they can be gradually attached to them. The holders arranged in a distributed configuration allow the work platform assembly to act in a manner similar to a rock climber driving hooks into a rock face above its position and then continuing to climb up to those hooks.
Later attachment of these hooks is mainly possible but is time-consuming. Thus, the holders are preferably attached at the beginning, so that a work platform assembly can quickly climb up or down on these holders.
However, it should be noted that the subsequent installation may be relevant if the alternative is temporary dismantling of the wind power installation house, as this requires significantly greater efforts.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, arranged around the central support element, is an actuation element which acts on the lower scissor lattice bars which rest against the central support element. The lower scissor lattice bars can be subjected to a tensile force by the actuation element. This leads to a retraction of the scissor grid and thus a reaction in the size of the work platform assembly so that it can be moved to a part of the tower that has a smaller cross-section. On the other hand, a compressive force acts on the scissor lattice bars which leads to an extension of the scissor lattice structure and thus an increase in the size of the work platform assembly. If the work platform assembly already extends through the entire belt cross-section and rests against the wall of the tower, the compressive force exerted on the scissor lattice bars can be used to adjust the contact pressure with which the peripheral edge of the work platform assembly rests against the tower wall.
Other configurations of the invention are described in the attached claims.
The invention shall be described in more detail in the following, where figures 1-4 are shown in cross-section through a tower-like building when setting up the building according to the first embodiment, figure 5 shows a cross-section of a tower-like building with a work platform assembly placed therein, figure 6 shows a section through a tower-like building with a corresponding work platform assembly, Figure 7 shows another section of the tower-like building with a work platform assembly according to the first embodiment and Figure 8 shows a simplified view of a single plate of the work platform assembly. Figure 1 shows a section through a tower-like building with a work platform assembly according to the first embodiment. The building 100 under construction, preferably a pylon of a wind power installation, has two precast concrete parts 10, 11 which are produced at the beginning and arranged on top of each other. The work platform assembly 50 is lowered into the tower-like building by means of a crane cable 20. In this case, the work platform assembly 50 essentially comprises a support structure comprising scissor-like lattice support arms and another is the work platform 7. Figure 2 shows a sectional view through a tower-like building with a work platform assembly according to the first execution. While figure 1 shows a situation where the work platform assembly is introduced into the tower-like building, figure 2 shows the situation where the work platform assembly has been extended and extends completely across the cross section of the tower. This is essentially achieved by the scissor-like lattice support arms 5 which are extended until they come into contact with the inner wall of the tower-like building. Several Tirak winches 1 are provided in the lower area of the work platform assembly. It is preferably each mounted on an outer end of each scissor lattice arm. People and material and tools can be placed on the platform 7 which preferably extends over the entire interior of the tower-like building cross-section. In this respect, the platform 7 takes over the function of a work platform assembly and people can there carry out work steps to set up the tower-like building. Figure 3 shows another cross-section through the tower-like building with a work platform assembly according to the first embodiment. Although only two precast concrete parts 10 and 11 are shown in a state of already fixed in position in each of figures 1 and 2, figure 3 shows a situation where a further precast concrete part 12 is mounted on the two precast concrete parts 10 and 11 which are already has been installed. In order, on the one hand, to fix the work platform assembly and on the other hand to make it possible to climb up the tower, holders 3 on which cables (not shown) are suspended are provided on the inner wall of the precast concrete parts. These cables are routed through Tirak. winch is, so that the platform assembly according to the invention can be moved in a vertical direction along the cables in the tower by appropriate actuation of the Tirak winches.
A power supply for the platform assembly and its Tirak winches can be provided, for example, from a cable from below.
Figure 4 shows a section of a tower-like building with a work platform assembly according to the first embodiment. Here, all three precast concrete parts 10, 11 and 12 have now been assembled and the workplace assembly 50 must be moved upwards to make it possible to carry out operations in the upper precast concrete part 10 and/or assembly of the subsequent precast concrete part. For this purpose, a worker can climb by means of a ladder 15 to the holder 3 on the inner wall of the third precast concrete part 12 in order to conveniently attach a cable of a Tirak winch again there. As an alternative to the ladder 15, it is also possible to use a telescopic rod. Preferably, the number of holders 3 on the inner wall of the tower-like building can be at least equal to the number of Tirak winches, so that the cables of the Tirak winches can be suitably attached thereto. For this purpose, the brake on a respective winch can be released, so that the cable can be pulled upwards. After the cable has been attached to the upper holder, the cable is attached to the winch again, so that the platform assembly can also be carried by the cable again. Then the next winch is released and attached to the existing upper holder 3, etc.
During these preparatory operations to move the work platform assembly inside the tower, it is repeatedly not held for a short time by a respective winch or associated cable. The load of the work platform assembly must then be carried out respectively by other holders and cables.
I saks-gitterliknende bærearmer 5 av arbeidsplattformsammenstillingen ses her. I tillegg har arbeidsplattformsammenstillingen ruller 16 (her 6 deler) utenfor arbeidsplattformsammenstillingen. Figure 5 shows a section through a tower-like building with a work platform assembly according to the first embodiment. The scissor-like lattice support arms 5 of the work platform assembly are seen here. In addition, the work platform assembly has rollers 16 (here 6 parts) outside the work platform assembly. When the work platform assembly is extended, the rollers will then contact the inner walls of the tower-like building, so that the work platform assembly 50 can be easily moved up or down and avoid damage to the inner walls of the tower and/or the work platform assembly during the movement.
The platform comprises a certain number of plates which are greater than one than the number of support arms. All plates have a circular configuration according to the design. One of these plates comprises a central bar (see reference 60 in figure 5) to close the central part of the platform.
The other plates are each arranged on a respective support arm and attached to the outer end of the support arm. These plates are also provided with an opening. The opening extends upwards in a straight line in a radial direction from the center of the plate. In this respect, the opening has a width slightly greater than the diameter of the central rod. On site, these plates are aligned so that the plate's opening faces the central bar. Figure 6 shows a detailed view through the work platform assembly shown in Figure 1-4.1 in this case the scissor-like lattice support arms 5 are extended on the right side. In this way, a larger internal section of the tower-like building can be covered by the work platform assembly. Figure 7 shows another detailed section of the tower-like building with the work platform assembly according to the first embodiment. The figure shows a situation where the work platform assembly is placed in the precast concrete part 12 in the upper area of the tower-like building. In this case, the cross-section of the precast concrete member is smaller than the cross-section of the precast concrete member 10 shown in Figure 6. Accordingly, the scissor-like lattice-like support arms of the work platform assembly are adapted to the cross section which decreases in size as the work platform assembly is moved upward by the retracting arms.
Consequently, it can provide an internal platform assembly or work platform assembly that can climb up or down the tower itself. In the case of a pylon for a wind power installation, for example, it will no longer be necessary to go up or down from the building in a basket with a winch. Rather, an internal platform assembly is now provided which can extend completely over the pylon and which can be easily climbed when performing precise work operations. By means of the configuration of the scissor-lattice-like support arms 5, it can be adapted to different pylon cross-sections.
As soon as the work platform assembly is no longer required, it can be retracted by the scissor lattice-like support arms which are retracted. The work platform assembly can then be removed again, for example through a door in the pylon for a wind power installation. Preferably, the work platform assembly has a central bar 60 and scissor lattice support arms pivotally mounted thereto. Plates 7 are arranged on the support arms 5 which make up the work platform. The so-called through winches or Tirak winches are provided under the support arm. With Tirak or through winches of this type, the work platform assembly can itself climb up or down on cables extending through the winches. The cables in the Tirak winches 1 are preferably attached to holders 3 on the inside of the tower-like building, so that the Tirak winches can be driven up or down on cables. Preferably, several Tirak winches are provided at the periphery of the work platform assembly. To move up or down, the cables of the Tirak winches must be successively released from the holders and attached to the next higher or next lower holder depending on whether the work platform assembly is to be moved up or down. Preferably there are at least five Tirak winches at the periphery of the work platform assembly so that there are also at least five cables with corresponding holders 3.
Platene 7 av arbeidsplattformen har fortrinnsvis en slik konfigurasjon at de overlapper hverandre, slik at arbeidsplattformen kan tilpasses forskjellige tverrsnitt i en tårnliknende bygning. The plates 7 of the work platform preferably have such a configuration that they overlap each other, so that the work platform can be adapted to different cross-sections in a tower-like building.
This fitting operation takes place as follows. As the plates 7 of the work platform overlap and do not lie in front of each other in a bumpy relationship, they can be moved in relation to each other. The movement of a plate 7 will inevitably occur when the scissor grid is actuated. When the scissor grid is retracted, the plate attached to it will move towards its central bar and vice versa.
As each of the plates is attached to a support arm has an opening which is directed towards the central bar and is somewhat wider than this, withdrawal of a support arm with the contributing movement of the corresponding plate 7 will not cause the plate 7 to collide with it central rod. Rather, the opening moves towards the central rod and receives it. The length of the opening is a measure of the extent to which the platform can be pushed together or the scissor lattice-like support arm can be retracted.
A simplified diagram of a plate 7 is shown in Figure 8.
The rollers 6 at the periphery of the work platform assembly 50 are provided so that the work platform assembly is rolled towards the inside of the tower wall and does not scrape along it there.
The work platform assembly which is adjustable in cross-section may constitute a work platform adapted to the cross-section of a tower-like building which tapers upwards. The above work platform assembly has been found to be particularly advantageous when the housing of a wind power installation has already been arranged on the pylon of the wind power installation and thus there is no longer any possible way to gain access to the interior of the pylon of the wind power installation using a crane from above. In such a situation, the work platform assembly which can be folded together or which can be dismantled can be introduced through the door in the lower area of the pylon and suitably set up so that it can be moved up and down along the pylon by means of the holders 3 which are placed in the pylon segments.
