Abstract
Oppfinnelsen vedrører en fremgangsmåte for tilveiebringelse av fettreduserte, friterte næringsmidler som egner seg for konsum av mennesker og dyr, særlig friterte snackspellets, dvs. nudellignende næringsmidler henholdsvis næringsmiddelprodukter fremstilt av en deig som er valset eller ekstrudert, eventuelt tørket og deretter fritert. Denne deigen kan eksempelvis fremstilles av potettørkeprodukter, korn, kornprodukter med eventuell tilsats av: krydder, urter, grønnsaker, soya, fisk og/eller kjøtt. Som korn eller stivelseskilde anvendes vanligvis mais, ris, hvete eller kassava. Med fremgangsmåten ifølge oppfinnelsen kan det tilveiebringes et fettredusert, fritert næringsmiddel, et fritert næringsmiddel, fortrinnsvis fritert snackspellets med en porøs deigstruktur.
