Abstract

Foreliggende oppfinnelse angår en ny fremgangsmåte for å skifte u teller fjerne DNA-sekvenser i Clostridia, med høy effektivitet, enkel å utføre og anvendbar på et industrielt nivå. Denne fremgangsmåten er nyttig til å modifisere flere genetiske steder i Clostridia på en rutinemessig måte. Denne fremgangsmåten er basert på en replikasjonsvektor som bærer minst to markørgener.
